Claims (12)
- 電極組立体、及び前記電極組立体を内部空間に収納し、封止部が設けられたパウチ外装材を備え、水平方向へ横たわって上下方向に配列された複数の二次電池と、
上下方向に相互積層自在に構成され、前記二次電池の封止部を囲むように前記封止部に接触して結合し、1W/mK以上の熱伝導度を有する熱伝導性材質から構成された複数のカートリッジと、
を含むバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記カートリッジは、上部開口部及び底部開口部を有し、
隣接する二次電池は、前記カートリッジの上部開口部及び底部開口部を通じて互いと直接的に接触しており、
前記バッテリーモジュールは、最上部または最下部に位置する二次電池及びカートリッジの上部または下部を覆い、前記カートリッジの前記熱伝導性材質と同一の又は相異する熱伝導性材質から構成された外部カバーをさらに含み、
前記カートリッジ及び前記外部カバーは、少なくとも一部分が熱伝導性高分子を含むか、または熱伝導性フィラー及び高分子を含む熱伝導性材料を含み、
前記外部カバーは、最上部または最下部に位置する二次電池及びカートリッジと直接的に接触していることを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記カートリッジは、全体的に同一材質から形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記カートリッジは、平面視で四角のリング状に形成され、前記パウチ外装材において電極組立体の収納空間の側面外部に接触した状態で前記収納空間の周りを囲むように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記カートリッジは、インサート射出成形され、前記二次電池の封止部に接触し結合されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 隣接して上下積層されたカートリッジと二次電池とが左側端部から右側端部にまで連続して接触するように構成された縦断面形態を少なくとも一つ以上備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記カートリッジは、フック形態の締結突起及び前記締結突起が挿入される締結溝が、相互対応する形態で外周部に複数形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記外部カバーは、外部表面に格子形態の凹部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記二次電池の電圧をセンシングし、前記バッテリーモジュールの電極端子を提供し、前記二次電池の電極リードを外側から覆うセンシングカバーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 上部及び下部にそれぞれ外部カバーをさらに含み、
前記センシングカバーは、上端及び下端がそれぞれ前記外部カバーの上部及び下部の一部を外部から覆うように前記外部カバー側へ延びて形成され、前記延びて形成された部分で前記外部カバーと結合固定されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記カートリッジの外側で冷媒が流れるように冷媒を供給する冷媒供給ユニットをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1〜請求項10のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1〜請求項10のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む自動車。
