Claims (11)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体を収容するモジュールフレーム、および
前記モジュールフレームの下面と前記電池セル積層体との間に形成された熱伝導性樹脂層
を含み、
前記複数の電池セルは、電極組立体を収容するセルケース本体の底面から下側に延長形成されたシーリング部を含み、
前記シーリング部は、前記熱伝導性樹脂層内部に位置し、前記セルケース本体の底面に向かってそれぞれ折り畳まれるように形成され、
前記シーリング部の折り畳まれた部分と前記セルケース本体の底面との間には、粘着層が形成される電池モジュール。 - 前記シーリング部の折り畳まれた部分を覆うように形成される固定部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記固定部材は、前記シーリング部の終端を覆うように形成される、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記固定部材は、前記シーリング部の折り畳まれた部分の外側面、前記シーリング部の終端、前記セルケース本体の底面、および前記セルケース本体の本体面の一部を覆うように形成される、請求項2又は3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記固定部材は、絶縁物質で形成される、請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記粘着層は、両面テープまたは粘着剤で形成される、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記粘着層は、熱伝導部材で形成される、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記粘着層は、前記シーリング部の折り畳まれた部分と前記セルケース本体の底面との間を固定させる、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 電池セル積層体に含まれている複数の電池セルから下側に延長形成されたシーリング部と複数の電池セルの底面との間に粘着物質を挿入する段階、
前記シーリング部を前記粘着物質が位置した方向に折り畳んで前記シーリング部と前記底面との間をそれぞれ固定する段階、および
前記電池セル積層体の下側とモジュールフレームの下面部との間に熱伝導性樹脂を前記シーリング部と接触するように注入して熱伝導性樹脂層を形成する段階
を含む電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記シーリング部と前記底面との間をそれぞれ固定する段階後、固定部材を前記折り畳まれたシーリング部をそれぞれ覆うように付着する段階をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
