Claims (13)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体;
前記電池セル積層体の前後面に取り付けられるバスバーフレーム;および
前記電池セル積層体の温度を測定する温度センサが付着されたフレキシブル回路基板部;を含み、
前記フレキシブル回路基板部には補強シートが付着されている、電池モジュール。 - 前記フレキシブル回路基板部は前記バスバーフレームに保持される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記フレキシブル回路基板部は前記バスバーフレームの上端に向かって突出している、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記補強シートはポリカーボネートシートである、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記補強シートは前記温度センサが付着された前記フレキシブル回路基板部の一面と反対面に付着されている、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーフレームの上端にはフレーム部が形成されており、
前記フレキシブル回路基板部は前記フレーム部によって保持されている、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記フレーム部の下部には穴部が形成され、前記穴部を介して前記フレキシブル回路基板部が前記バスバーフレームを通過する、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記フレーム部の上部には、前記フレキシブル回路基板部が保持される保持部が形成される、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記保持部の一側は開放された、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記保持部の開放された一側には開放部分に向かって突出形成された突起部が形成される、請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体を収容し、上部が開放されたモジュールフレーム;および
前記電池セル積層体の上面をカバーする上部プレートをさらに含み、
前記温度センサは前記上部プレートと前記電池セル積層体の上面部の間に位置し、
前記上部プレートは前記モジュールフレームと結合されて前記温度センサの位置を固定させる、請求項1~10の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 温度センサが取り付けられたフレキシブル回路基板部をバスバーフレームのフレーム部に保持させる段階;
電池セル積層体の前後面に前記バスバーフレームを取り付ける段階;および
前記フレキシブル回路基板部を前記フレーム部から分離して前記電池セル積層体の上面部に安着させる段階を含む、電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 請求項1~11の何れか一項による電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
