Claims (10)
- ベント機構を備える電池を1つ以上有する複数の電池ユニットと、
少なくとも一方が開口端である隔壁で仕切られる複数の収納部を有し、前記収納部に前記電池ユニットを収納する筐体と、
前記開口端を覆うとともに、前記電池ユニットの前記電池の前記ベント機構側に設けられ、前記電池ユニットと接続される接続端子を有する配線基板と、
前記筐体の前記開口端と前記配線基板を覆う開口部を有する蓋体とを、少なくとも備え、
前記配線基板の前記接続端子と異なる領域に、前記電池ユニットに対応して貫通孔を設けることを特徴とする電池モジュール。 - 前記電池ユニットと前記配線基板が、所定の間隔を設けて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記接続端子を前記配線基板から突出させることで、前記所定の間隔を形成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記接続端子に、穴を設けることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記蓋体の少なくとも前記筐体の前記隔壁と対向する位置にリブ部を設けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記配線基板が、フレキシブル基板と補強部材からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記蓋体と前記配線基板との間に、前記配線基板を保持する支持部材を、さらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記配線基板は、前記電池ユニット間を接続する電源配線と、複数対の温度検出配線および電圧検出配線とを有し、前記温度検出配線は温度検出素子を介して前記電池ユニットの温度を検知し、前記電圧検出配線は前記電池ユニットの電圧を検知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記筐体が、両端に開口端を有する複数の収納部からなる枠体と、前記枠体の一方の前記開口端を塞ぐ閉塞部材からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュールを、複数個、直列接続および並列接続の少なくとも一方により組み合わせて構成されることを特徴とする集合電池モジュール。
