Claims (6)
- 直列接続された2以上の電池モジュールを含む電池パックであって、
各電池モジュールは、
複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルを保持する電池ホルダと、
2以上の電池セルの第二極同士を電気的に接続する複数の第二極バスバ板を含む第二極アセンブリと、
2以上の電池セルの第一極同士を電気的に接続する複数の第一極バスバ板と、前記複数の第一極バスバ板の一つに接続される第一極端子と、前記複数の第二極バスバ板の一つに接続される第二極端子と、前記第二極バスバ板と前記第一極バスバ板または第一極端子とを接続する極間バスバと、を含む第一極アセンブリと、
前記電池モジュールの少なくとも一部を覆うカバーと、
を備え、
前記第一極アセンブリは、前記第一極端子および第二極端子が第一の配置で配置された第一パターンと、前記第一極端子および第二極端子が第一の配置と異なる第二の配置で配置された第二パターンと、があり、
各電池モジュールで用いられる第一極アセンブリのパターンに応じて、前記電池モジュール内における第一極端子および第二極端子の配置が異なる、
ことを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックであって、
複数の電池セルと、電池ホルダと、前記第二極アセンブリと、前記カバーと、の構成は、前記複数の電池モジュール間で、互いに同じである、ことを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1または2に記載の電池パックであって、
前記第一極アセンブリは、さらに、前記電池モジュール内に冷却風を導く吸気孔と、前記電池モジュール内を通過した冷却風を排気する排気孔と、を備え、
前記第一の配置および第二の配置は、前記吸気孔および排気孔に対する、前記第一極端子および第二極端子の配置が互いに反転している、
ことを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電池パックであって、
前記電池モジュールは、さらに、前記電池セルの状態を検出する信号線を1以上束ねた信号線群を備え、
前記電池パックは、前記信号線群が接続される挿込口を1以上備えており、
前記電池モジュールの引出口から引き出された前記信号線群の長さは、前記引出口から対応する挿込口までの距離より長く、前記引出口から対応しないコネクタまでの距離よりも短い、
ことを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電池パックであって、
前記複数の電池モジュールは、幅方向に複数個、かつ、高さ方向に偶数個が並ぶように、二次元的に配置されている、ことを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項5に記載の電池パックであって、
前記第一極端子および第二極端子は、前記電池モジュールの奥行き方向両端面に設けられる、ことを特徴とする電池パック。
