- 前記電源接続部材は、前記基板上に形成される導電性金属層で形成される、請求項1〜請求項16のうちのいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記導電性金属層は、前記基板上に形成される導電性金属被膜である、請求項20に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記電源接続部材は、前記基板を覆う導電性金属箔をエッチング加工することにより形成される導電性領域である、請求項1〜請求項16のうちのいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記基板は、その表面に形成される溝を備え、前記電源接続部材は、前記溝内に固定される、請求項1〜請求項16のうちのいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記電源接続部材は、前記溝内に固定される導電性金属シート、または前記溝内に形成される導電性金属被膜で形成される、請求項23に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記電源接続部材は、前記溝内で導電性金属箔をエッチング加工することにより形成される、請求項23に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記アセンブリは、前記基板上に配置され、互いに離間された複数の電源接続部材を備える、請求項1〜請求項22のうちのいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記電源接続部材は、互いに平行な複数の列を成して配置される、請求項26に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記電源接続部材は、前記基板の対向する第1の側と第2の側それぞれに沿って伸びる2列に配置される、請求項27に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記信号収集線および前記電源接続線は、電源接続部材の隣接する列の間に配置される、請求項27または請求項28に記載のアセンブリ。
- 同じ前記電源接続部材と結合される前記信号収集線および前記電源接続線は、互いに平行に配置される、請求項1〜請求項29のうちのいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記電源接続部材、前記信号収集部材、前記信号収集線、および前記電源接続線を覆うために、前記基板上に配置される保護フィルムをさらに備える、請求項1〜請求項30のうちのいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記アセンブリは、FPC基板として構成され、前記電源接続部材、前記電源接続線、および前記信号収集線は、エッチング加工により前記FPC基板上に形成される、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記FPC基板は、導電性金属箔と、前記導電性金属箔の両面を覆う保護フィルムとを含み、前記保護フィルムは、前記基板の一部であり、前記電源接続部材、前記電源接続線、および前記信号収集線は、前記導電性金属箔をエッチング加工することにより形成される、請求項32に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記導電性金属箔の片側の前記保護フィルムを覆う保護フィルムをさらに備える、請求項33に記載のアセンブリ。
- エッチング加工により前記FPC基板上に共通線が形成され、前記共通線は、前記電源接続部材と結合される第1の端子と、前記電源接続線の前記第1の端子および前記信号収集線の前記第1の端子それぞれと結合される第2の端子とを画定する、請求項32に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記電源接続線の第2の端子および前記信号収集線の第2の端子それぞれと結合されるコネクタをさらに備える、請求項32または請求項35に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記コネクタは、前記基板上に配置される、請求項36に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記コネクタは、前記基板の縁部に配置される、請求項37に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記電源接続線の前記第2の端子および前記信号収集線の前記第2の端子は共に、前記基板の縁部まで伸びる、請求項32および請求項35〜請求項38のうちのいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 個々が電極端子を形成する複数のバッテリを備えるバッテリ群と、
請求項1〜請求項39のうちのいずれか一項に記載のパワーバッテリモジュールの信号収集電源接続アセンブリと
を備えるパワーバッテリモジュールであって、
隣接するバッテリの前記電極端子は、前記アセンブリの前記電源接続部材によって接続される、パワーバッテリモジュール。 - 前記電源接続部材は、溶接によって前記電極端子と結合される、請求項40に記載のパワーバッテリモジュール。
- 前記アセンブリに取り付け穴が形成され、前記バッテリ群上に固定要素が配置され、前記アセンブリは、前記取り付け穴と前記固定要素とを接続することによって前記バッテリ群上に予め位置決めされる、請求項40に記載のパワーバッテリモジュール。
- 前記複数のバッテリは、並列に、直列に、または並列かつ直列に接続される、請求項40に記載のパワーバッテリモジュール。
- 請求項40〜請求項43のうちのいずれか一項に記載のパワーバッテリモジュールを備える車両。
