Claims (8)
- パワーバッテリモジュールの信号収集アセンブリであって、
基板と、
前記基板上に配置されるシート状導電性金属要素から成る信号収集線と、
前記基板上に配置され、前記信号収集線と接続される信号収集部材と、
前記基板上に配置され、前記信号収集線と接続される第1の端子、および前記パワーバッテリモジュールの電力接続部材と接続される第2の端子を画定する信号収集端子と
を備え、
前記基板および前記信号収集線は、FPC基板として構成され、前記信号収集線は、エッチング加工により前記基板上に形成され、
前記FPC基板は、
導電性金属箔と、
前記導電性金属箔の両面に配置され、前記基板の一部によって形成される保護フィルムと
を備え、
前記信号収集線は、前記導電性金属箔をエッチング加工することにより形成され、
前記導電性金属箔の片面の前記保護フィルム上に、保護フィルムが配置される、信号収集アセンブリ。 - 前記信号収集端子の前記第2の端子は、前記基板の縁部を超えて伸びる、請求項1に記載の信号収集アセンブリ。
- 前記信号収集線と接続されるコネクタをさらに備え、
前記コネクタは、前記基板の縁部に配置される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の信号収集アセンブリ。 - 前記基板は、前記基板の表面に形成される配線スロットを備え、前記信号収集線は、前記配線スロット内に配置される、請求項1に記載の信号収集アセンブリ。
- 前記基板上に配置され、前記信号収集線と接続される保護部品をさらに備え、
前記保護部品は、錫はんだ付けによって前記信号収集線と接続されたチップヒューズを含む、請求項1〜請求項4のうちのいずれかに記載の信号収集アセンブリ。 - 前記信号収集端子の前記第2の端子は、前記基板の縁部を超えて伸び、前記基板上に配置される前記信号収集端子の一部は、エッチング加工によって形成される、請求項1に記載の信号収集アセンブリ。
- パワーバッテリモジュールであって、
請求項1〜請求項6のうちのいずれかに記載の信号収集アセンブリと、
複数のバッテリを備えるバッテリ群であって、隣接するバッテリが前記パワーバッテリモジュールの前記電力接続部材によって互いに電気的に接続されるバッテリ群と
を備え、
前記信号収集アセンブリの信号収集端子の第2の端子は、前記電力接続部材と電気的に接続される、パワーバッテリモジュール。 - 前記電力接続部材は、前記バッテリの電極端子に溶接され、
前記信号収集アセンブリに取り付け穴が形成され、前記バッテリ群上に保持部材が配置され、前記バッテリ群は、前記取り付け穴と前記保持部材とを協働させることによって前記信号収集アセンブリ内で予め保持される、請求項7に記載のパワーバッテリモジュール。
