前記センシングアセンブリが取り付けられた前記バッテリーセル組立体を収納するモジュールケースと、
前記モジュールケースの上部内面と前記バッテリーセル組立体の上側との間に介在される熱伝導性接着剤と、
を含み、
前記センシングアセンブリは、
前記バッテリーセル組立体の前方に配置される第1バスバーフレーム組立体と、
前記バッテリーセル組立体の後方に配置される第2バスバーフレーム組立体と、
前記第1バスバーフレーム組立体と前記第2バスバーフレーム組立体とを連結し、前記バッテリーセル組立体の上側を対角線方向に横切るセンシングワイヤと、
を含み、

- 前記モジュールケースの上部に形成されて、前記モジュールケースの内部に前記熱伝導性接着剤を注入するための注入孔を前記センシングワイヤに対応する部分の両側にさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記注入孔は、前記センシングワイヤの進行方向に対して0°~30°の角度を成す方向に沿って並んで複数個が備えられることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。

前記バッテリーセル組立体に前記センシングアセンブリを取り付けるステップと、
前記センシングアセンブリを取り付けた前記バッテリーセル組立体を、前記モジュールケース内に収容するステップと、
前記モジュールケースの上部内面と前記バッテリーセル組立体の上側との間に、且つ前記バッテリーセル組立体の上側を対角線方向に横切る前記センシングワイヤの両側に前記熱伝導性接着剤を設けるステップと、
を備える、バッテリーモジュールを製造するための方法。
