Claims (9)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体;
上下左右面で形成されて前記電池セル積層体を収容するフレーム;および
前記フレームの内側上下左右面に形成された絶縁コーティング層を含む電池モジュールであって、
前記フレームの内側下面には、前記電池セル積層体の下部形状に対応する複数の溝部が形成され、
前記絶縁コーティング層の下面は前記複数の溝部の上面にコーティング形成されており、
前記絶縁コーティング層の上面および下面は前記絶縁コーティング層の左右面より厚い、電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セル積層体の下部と、前記フレームおよび前記絶縁コーティング層の間に形成される熱伝導性樹脂層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記フレームの下面および前記絶縁コーティング層の下面には、熱伝導性樹脂を注液するための注液ホールが形成される、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁コーティング層を覆う絶縁コーティング保護層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁コーティング層は、エポキシ又はポリエステルで形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁コーティング層は、50~300マイクロメーターの厚さでコーティングされる、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体の前後面を覆うエンドプレートをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体の上面を覆う上部プレートをさらに含み、前記絶縁コーティング層の上面は前記フレームと前記上部プレートの間に形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
