Claims (13)
- 複数のモジュール領域を有する下部パックハウジングと、
前記モジュール領域内で前記下部パックハウジングに塗布された熱伝導性樹脂層と、
前記熱伝導性樹脂層上の前記複数のモジュール領域それぞれに装着されている複数の電池セル積層体と、
前記複数の電池セル積層体を覆う上部パックハウジングと、
を含む電池パック。 - 前記複数のモジュール領域は前記下部パックハウジング内に形成された複数の隔壁で区画され、前記隔壁は前記複数の電池セル積層体のうちの隣接する電池セル積層体の間に位置する、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記熱伝導性樹脂層は、第1熱伝導性樹脂層と、第2熱伝導性樹脂層と、を含み、
前記複数のモジュール領域は、前記隔壁によって互いに区画される第1領域と、第2領域と、を含み、
前記第1熱伝導性樹脂層は前記第1領域に対応するように形成されており、前記第2熱伝導性樹脂層は前記第2領域に対応するように形成されている、請求項2に記載の電池パック。 - 前記第1熱伝導性樹脂層と前記第2熱伝導性樹脂層とは互いに離隔して位置する、請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記複数の電池セル積層体の上部に塗布されたサーマルペースト層をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記サーマルペースト層は、前記上部パックハウジングと前記電池セル積層体とを結合する接着成分を含む、請求項5に記載の電池パック。
- 前記複数のモジュール領域の第1領域および第2領域のそれぞれに第1電池セル積層体および第2電池セル積層体が装着されており、
前記隔壁の高さは前記第1電池セル積層体の側面の高さおよび前記第2電池セル積層体の側面の高さより高い、請求項6に記載の電池パック。 - 前記電池セル積層体は第1方向に沿って積層されている複数の電池セルを含み、
前記電池セル積層体は前記第1方向に沿って互いに隣接する電池セルの間に位置する接着部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記熱伝導性樹脂層は、前記下部パックハウジングと前記電池セル積層体を結合する接着成分を含む、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記下部パックハウジングと前記熱伝導性樹脂層との間に位置する放熱層をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池セル積層体に含まれている電池セルからそれぞれ突出した電極リードと、
前記電極リードが突出した前記電池セル積層体の前面および後面を覆う絶縁カバーと、 をさらに含み、
前記絶縁カバーは前記下部パックハウジングと対向する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記絶縁カバーには端子バスバー開口部が形成されており、前記端子バスバー開口部を通じて端子バスバーが外部と連結されており、
前記端子バスバー開口部は、前記電池セル積層体に含まれている複数の電池セルの積層方向を基準にして前記絶縁カバーの最外殻に形成されている、請求項11に記載の電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックを含むデバイス。
