Claims (13)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体を収容し、上部が開放されたU字型フレーム、
開放された前記U字型フレームの前記上部で前記電池セル積層体を覆う上部プレート、
前記U字型フレームと前記電池セル積層体の間に位置する熱伝導層、および
前記上部プレートと前記電池セル積層体の間に位置する構造用接着層を含み、
前記熱伝導層は、シリコン系列の熱伝導ペースト、液状の放熱物質または熱伝導性の圧縮性パッドから形成され、前記構造用接着層は、エポキシ系列の物質から形成され、
前記熱伝導層は、前記構造用接着層に比べて接着力が低く、
前記構造用接着層は、前記電池セル積層体に含まれている前記複数の電池セルの上端に塗布され、前記複数の電池セルの積層方向と垂直な方向に前記電池セル積層体と前記上部プレートが互いに結合する、電池モジュール。 - 前記U字型フレームは底部および互いに対向する2つの側面部を含み、
前記底部は第1部分と第2部分を含み、前記第1部分は前記電池セルの長さ方向における縁部に位置し、前記第2部分は前記第1部分の内側に位置し、前記第1部分の厚さは前記第2部分の厚さより薄い、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セル積層体と連結されるバスバーフレームをさらに含み、
前記U字型フレームは前記電池セル積層体の電極リードが突出した方向において互いに対向する両側が開放され、前記U字型フレームの開放された前記両側で前記バスバーフレームは前記電池セル積層体と連結され、
前記バスバーフレームは前記電極リードが突出した方向に垂直に配置されるメインフレームと前記メインフレームの下部から延びる折り曲げ部を含む、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記折り曲げ部は、前記底部の前記第1部分上に位置する、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記折り曲げ部の厚さと前記第1部分の厚さを合わせた厚さは前記第2部分の厚さより薄い、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セルは幅方向に形成された突出部を含み、前記突出部は前記折り曲げ部上に位置する、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の電池セルの積層方向と垂直な前記電池セル積層体の下部面が前記U字型フレームの底部に装着される、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記U字型フレームの開放された両側にそれぞれ連結されたエンドプレートをさらに含み、前記U字型フレームの開放された前記両側は前記電池セル積層体の電極リードが突出した方向において互いに対向する、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 上部が開放されたU字型フレームの底部に熱伝導層を形成する段階、
前記熱伝導層の上に前記U字型フレームに収容されるように電池セル積層体を装着する段階、
前記電池セル積層体に含まれている複数の電池セルの上端に構造用接着層を塗布する段階、
前記開放されたU字型フレームの上部で前記電池セル積層体を覆うように上部プレートを装着する段階、および
前記上部プレートと前記U字型フレームを連結する段階を含み、
前記構造用接着層によって、前記電池セル積層体は、前記複数の電池セルの積層方向と垂直な方向に前記上部プレートと連結される、電池モジュール製造方法。 - 前記U字型フレームの開放された両側にそれぞれエンドプレートを連結する段階をさらに含み、
前記電池セル積層体は、前記U字型フレームの前記底部に垂直な方向に沿って移動しながら前記U字型フレームの前記底部に装着される、請求項9に記載の電池モジュール製造方法。 - 前記電池セル積層体を前記U字型フレームの前記底部に装着する前に、前記電池セル積層体に含まれている電池セルの電極リードが突出した方向と反対の方向にバスバーフレームを移動しながら前記電池セル積層体と前記バスバーフレームを連結する段階をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の電池モジュール製造方法。
- 前記熱伝導層は熱伝導性の圧縮性パッドから形成される、請求項9~11の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール製造方法。
- 請求項1~8の何れか一項による電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
