Claims (12)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体を収容し、上部および一側面が開放された第1L字型フレームを含み、
前記電池セル積層体を収容し、下部および一側面が開放された第2L字型フレームを含み、
前記第1L字型フレームと前記第2L字型フレームが噛み合って前記電池セル積層体の4面を囲み、
前記第1L字型フレームの下部面は、第1部分と第2部分を含み、前記第1部分は前記電池セルの長さ方向における縁部に位置し、前記第2部分は前記第1部分の内側に位置し、前記第1部分の厚さは前記第2部分の厚さより薄く、
前記電池セル積層体と連結されるバスバーフレームをさらに含み、
前記第1L字型フレームは、前記電池セル積層体の電極リードが突出した方向における互いに対向する両側が開放され、前記第1L字型フレームの開放された両側で前記バスバーフレームは前記電池セル積層体と連結され、
前記バスバーフレームは、前記電極リードが突出した方向に垂直に配置されるメインフレームと、前記メインフレームの下部から延びる折り曲げ部とを含み、
前記折り曲げ部は、前記第1L字型フレームの前記下部面の前記第1部分上に位置し、
前記折り曲げ部の厚さと前記第1部分の厚さを合算した厚さは、前記第2部分の厚さより薄い、電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セルは、幅方向に形成された突出部を含み、前記突出部は、前記折り曲げ部上に位置する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2部分と前記電池セル積層体との間に位置するパッド部をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2部分と前記電池セル積層体との間に位置する熱伝導性樹脂層をさらに含み、前記パッド部は、前記熱伝導性樹脂層と前記第1部分との間に位置する、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の電池セルの積層方向に垂直な前記電池セル積層体の下部面が前記第1L字型フレームの前記下部面に装着される、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1L字型フレームの開放された両側にそれぞれ連結されたエンドプレートをさらに含み、前記第1L字型フレームの開放された前記両側は、前記電池セル積層体の電極リードが突出した方向において互いに対向する、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 上部および一側面が開放された第1L字型フレームの下部面に複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体を装着する段階、
前記第1L字型フレームで覆われていない前記電池セル積層体の開放された面を覆うように第2L字型フレームで前記電池セル積層体を覆う段階、
前記第1L字型フレームと前記第2L字型フレームを連結する段階、および
前記第1L字型フレームと前記第2L字型フレームに囲まれた前記電池セル積層体の開放された両側にそれぞれエンドプレートを連結する段階を含み、
前記電池セル積層体は、前記第1L字型フレームの前記下部面に垂直な方向に沿って移動しながら前記第1L字型フレームの前記下部面に装着され、
前記第1L字型フレームの下部面は、第1部分と第2部分を含み、前記第1部分は前記電池セルの長さ方向における縁部に位置し、前記第2部分は前記第1部分の内側に位置し、前記第1部分の厚さは前記第2部分の厚さより薄く、
前記第1L字型フレームは、前記電池セル積層体の電極リードが突出した方向における互いに対向する両側が開放され、前記第1L字型フレームの開放された両側でバスバーフレームは前記電池セル積層体と連結され、
前記バスバーフレームは、前記電極リードが突出した方向に垂直に配置されるメインフレームと、前記メインフレームの下部から延びる折り曲げ部とを含み、
前記折り曲げ部は、前記第1L字型フレームの前記下部面の前記第1部分上に位置し、
前記折り曲げ部の厚さと前記第1部分の厚さを合算した厚さは、前記第2部分の厚さより薄い、電池モジュール製造方法。 - 前記電池セル積層体を前記第1L字型フレームの前記下部面に装着する前に前記電池セル積層体に含まれている電池セルの電極リードが突出した方向と反対方向にバスバーフレームを移動しながら前記電池セル積層体と前記バスバーフレームを連結する段階をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール製造方法。
- 前記電池セル積層体に含まれている複数の電池セルの積層方向に垂直な方向に前記電池セル積層体が前記第1L字型フレームの前記下部面に挿入される、請求項7または8に記載の電池モジュール製造方法。
- 前記電池セル積層体を前記第1L字型フレームの前記下部面に装着する前に前記第1L字型フレームの前記下部面に熱伝導性樹脂を塗布する段階をさらに含む、請求項7または9に記載の電池モジュール製造方法。
- 前記熱伝導性樹脂を塗布する段階の前に、前記第1L字型フレームの前記下部面にパッド部を形成する段階をさらに含み、
前記パッド部は、塗布される前記熱伝導性樹脂の塗布位置をガイドする、請求項10に記載の電池モジュール製造方法。 - 請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
