Claims (15)
- 直立した状態で矩形状を有する複数のパウチ型電池セルが積層されている、略直方体形状の電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体を収容し、上部が開放された第1フレーム部材、および
前記第1フレーム部材の前記上部で前記電池セル積層体を覆う第2フレーム部材
を含み、
前記複数のパウチ型電池セルの積層方向に対して平行である前記電池セル積層体の底面が前記第1フレーム部材の底部に取り付けられ、
前記第1フレーム部材の前記底部の両側のうち少なくとも一側に段差部が形成され、前記パウチ型電池セルは前記段差部に向かって突出する突出部を含み、
前記第1フレーム部材は前記電池セル積層体を収容し、上部が開放されたU字型フレームであり、
前記第2フレーム部材は前記U字型フレームの開放された前記上部で前記電池セル積層体を覆う上部プレートである、電池モジュール。 - 直立した状態で矩形状を有する複数のパウチ型電池セルが積層されている、略直方体形状の電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体を収容し、上部が開放された第1フレーム部材、および
前記第1フレーム部材の前記上部で前記電池セル積層体を覆う第2フレーム部材
を含み、
前記複数のパウチ型電池セルの積層方向に対して平行である前記電池セル積層体の底面が前記第1フレーム部材の底部に取り付けられ、
前記第1フレーム部材の前記底部の両側のうち少なくとも一側に段差部が形成され、前記パウチ型電池セルは前記段差部に向かって突出する突出部を含み、
前記第1フレーム部材は前記電池セル積層体を収容し、上部および一側面が開放された第1L字型フレームであり、
前記第2フレーム部材は下部および他の一側面が開放された第2L字型フレームであり、
前記第1L字型フレームと前記第2L字型フレームとが噛み合い前記電池セル積層体の4面を囲む、電池モジュール。 - 前記第1フレーム部材の前記底部は第1部分と第2部分とを含み、前記第1部分は前記パウチ型電池セルの長手方向を基準として縁に位置し、前記第2部分は前記第1部分の内側に位置し、
前記第1部分は前記段差部に対応し、前記第1部分の厚さは前記第2部分の厚さより薄い、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第2部分において前記第1フレーム部材と前記電池セル積層体との間に位置する熱伝導性樹脂層をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記段差部と前記パウチ型電池セルの突出部との間に位置する絶縁シートをさらに含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記段差部にラウンド形状を有する切り欠き部が形成される、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁シートはポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)で形成される、請求項5又は6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記底部の端部を除いて前記底部を覆うプレートをさらに含み、
前記プレートと前記底部の端部との間の高さ差によって前記段差部が形成される、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記プレートは前記底部と同じ材質で形成される、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記複数のパウチ型電池セルの積層方向に対して平行である前記電池セル積層体の下部面が前記U字型フレームの底部に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記U字型フレームの開放された両側にそれぞれ結合されたエンドプレートをさらに含み、前記U字型フレームの開放された両側は前記電池セル積層体の電極リードが突出した方向を基準として互いに対向する、請求項1又は10に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記U字型フレームは底部および前記底部によって連結され、互いに向かい合う2個の側面部を含み、
前記2個の側面部の間の距離は前記上部プレートの幅と同じである、請求項1、10、および11のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記複数のパウチ型電池セルの積層方向に対して平行である前記電池セル積層体の下部面が前記第1L字型フレームの下部面に取り付けられる、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記突出部は前記パウチ型電池セルの幅方向に形成される、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
