Claims (15)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体を囲むモジュールフレーム、
前記モジュールフレームから露出される前記電池セル積層体を覆うバスバーフレーム、
前記バスバーフレームに形成されたスロットを通じて前記電池セル積層体から突出した電極リードと連結されたバスバー、および
前記バスバーと連結された熱伝達部材
を含み、
前記熱伝達部材は前記モジュールフレームと接触する、電池モジュール。 - 前記熱伝達部材は、電気的に絶縁性を有し、熱伝導性を有する材質から形成された、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記熱伝達部材は、熱伝達パッドおよび熱伝導性樹脂層のうちの一つを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記熱伝達部材と前記バスバーとは面接合する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記熱伝達部材と前記バスバーとの間に接着部材が位置する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記熱伝達部材は、前記バスバーと前記バスバーフレームとの間に位置する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーは、前記熱伝達部材と前記バスバーフレームとの間に位置する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバー及び前記バスバーフレームを覆うエンドプレートをさらに含み、
前記熱伝達部材は前記エンドプレートと前記バスバーとの間に位置する、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記熱伝達部材は、前記バスバーと面接合する第1部分と、前記第1部分からベンディングされて延長される第2部分とを含み、
前記第2部分は、前記モジュールフレームの底部と接触する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記バスバー及び前記バスバーフレームを覆うエンドプレートをさらに含み、
前記エンドプレートは前記第1部分と接触する、請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記エンドプレートと前記電池セル積層体との間に位置する絶縁カバーをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートは金属物質から形成された、請求項10又は11に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2部分と前記モジュールフレームの底部とは一直線上に位置し、前記第2部分の端部と前記モジュールフレームの底部の端部とが互いに接触する、請求項9~12のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーは複数個形成され、前記複数のバスバーそれぞれに対応するように熱伝達部材が複数個形成され、前記複数の熱伝達部材は互いに離隔されている、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~14のいずれか一項による電池モジュール、
前記電池モジュールの底部の下に位置するパックフレーム、および
前記電池モジュールの底部と前記パックフレームとの間に位置する熱伝達ペースト層
を含む、電池パック。
