Claims (15)
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体;および
前記電池セル積層体の上面、下面および両側面を囲むラップフィルムを含み、
前記ラップフィルムは、前記電池セル積層体の上面、下面および両側面で連続的につながる、電池モジュール。 - 前記それぞれの電池セルの間では接着剤およびテープが排除されており、隣接の電池セルが互いに直接接触している、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ラップフィルムは、前記電池セル積層体の上面、下面および両側面の全部分を囲む、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ラップフィルムは、ポリカーボネートおよびポリエチレンテレフタレートのうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セルは、前記電池セル積層体の両側面と平行に配置されて積層される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セルは電極リードを含み、
前記電極リードは前記電池セル積層体の前面および後面に位置する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記ラップフィルムは前記電池セル積層体を1回~2回囲む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体を収納するモジュールフレームおよび前記モジュールフレームの前面と後面を覆うエンドプレートをさらに含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレームは、前面および後面が開放され、上面、下面および両側面が一体化されたモノフレームである、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレームは、前面、後面および上面が開放されたU字型フレームおよび前記U字型フレームの開放された上面を覆う上部カバーを含む、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ラップフィルムに多数の貫通ホールが形成された、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体の下端部に位置したラップフィルムに前記多数の貫通ホールが形成された、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体の下に位置する熱伝導性樹脂層をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記熱伝導性樹脂層は、シリコン素材、ウレタン素材、およびアクリル素材のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項13に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを一つ以上含む、電池パック。
