Claims (10)
- 1つ以上の電池セルを含むセル積層体と、
前記セル積層体を収納するモノフレームと、
前記セル積層体の下部と前記モノフレームとの間に位置する熱伝導性樹脂層と、
を含む電池モジュールであって、
前記電池モジュールは、前記セル積層体の上部と前記モノフレームとの間に位置するスプリングをさらに含み、
前記モノフレームの下部に前記熱伝導性樹脂層を形成するための注入口が形成され、
前記スプリングは、前記セル積層体を前記注入口が位置する方向へ押し出し、
前記セル積層体内で前記電池セルが積層される方向は、前記スプリングが前記セル積層体を押し出す方向と垂直である、電池モジュール。 - 前記セル積層体と共に前記モノフレームに収納されるバスバーフレームをさらに含み、
前記バスバーフレームは、前記セル積層体の上部に位置する上部フレームを含み、
前記スプリングは、前記上部フレームと前記モノフレームとの間に位置する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記スプリングは、板状スプリングおよび円筒状スプリングの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1又は2のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記スプリングは、2つ以上である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記熱伝導性樹脂層は、熱伝導性接着物質を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モノフレームは、前面および後面が開放された形態である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを1つ以上含む電池パック。
- 1つ以上の電池セルを含むセル積層体をモノフレームに収納する収納段階と、
前記モノフレームの下部に形成された注入口を通して熱伝導性樹脂を注入する注入段階と、
を含み、
前記注入段階は、前記セル積層体の上部と前記モノフレームとの間に位置したスプリングが、前記熱伝導性樹脂の注入方向とは反対方向に、前記セル積層体を押し出す段階を含む電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記注入段階は、前記注入口が上を向くように前記モノフレームをひっくり返し、前記熱伝導性樹脂を注入する段階を含む、請求項8に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記スプリングは、板状スプリングおよび円筒状スプリングの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項8又は9に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
