Abstract
Description
本出願は、2017年1月17日出願の韓国特許出願第10−2017−0008279号に基づく優先権を主張し、該当出願の明細書及び図面に開示された内容は、すべて本出願に援用される。
前記少なくとも一つの注入孔は、前記モジュールケースの底部における中央領域に備えられ得る。
前記バッテリーモジュールの製造方法は、前記熱伝導性粘着剤の注入前、前記モジュールケースを垂直に配置する段階を含み得る。
前記少なくとも一つの注入孔は、前記モジュールケースの底部における一側縁の領域に備えられ得る。
前記注入孔は、複数個が備えられ、前記モジュールケースの底部で相互所定距離に離隔し得る。
前記モジュールケースの底部の内面には、凸部と凹部とが交互に形成され、前記複数個の注入孔は、前記凸部に備えられ得る。
前記凸部及び前記凹部は、ラウンド形状からなり得る。
前記複数個の注入孔は、その一側に、傾斜したチャンファー部が設けられ得る。
前記複数個の注入孔は、前記モジュールケースの底部中心から外側へ進むほど離隔距離が変わり得る。

Claims (10)
- 少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルを含むバッテリーセルアセンブリーをモジュールケース内に収容する段階と、
前記モジュールケース内部へ熱伝導性粘着剤を塗布できるように前記モジュールケースの底部に設けられる少なくとも一つの注入孔に前記熱伝導性粘着剤を注入する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュールの製造方法。 - 前記熱伝導性粘着剤の注入前、前記モジュールケースを水平に配置する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュールの製造方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの注入孔が、
前記モジュールケースの底部における中央領域に備えられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュールの製造方法。 - 前記熱伝導性粘着剤の注入前、前記モジュールケースを垂直に配置する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュールの製造方法。
