Claims (12)
- 複数の電池セルが第1方向に積層されている電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体を収容するモジュールフレーム、
前記電池セル積層体とモジュールフレームの下部との間に位置する第1熱伝導性樹脂層、および
前記電池セル積層体と前記モジュールフレームの上部との間に位置する第2熱伝導性樹脂層を含み、
前記モジュールフレームの上部には熱伝導性樹脂を注入するための少なくとも一つの第1注液孔が形成されている、電池モジュール。 - 前記少なくとも一つの第1注液孔は前記モジュールフレームの前記上部の端部に隣接する位置に形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記少なくとも一つの第1注液孔は前記モジュールフレームの前記上部の両端部に隣接する位置にそれぞれ形成され、互いに対向する位置に形成される、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記少なくとも二つの第1注液孔が前記モジュールフレームの前記上部の一端部に隣接する位置に形成され、前記第1方向と同じ方向に互いに離隔して位置する、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレームは底部と前記底部の両側に連結される2個の側面部とを含むU字型フレーム、及び、前記U字型フレームに取り付けられた前記電池セル積層体を覆う上部プレートを含み、
前記上部プレートの下面に位置する少なくとも二つの遮断パッドをさらに含み、
前記少なくとも二つの遮断パッドの間に前記第1注液孔が位置する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第2熱伝導性樹脂層は前記遮断パッドの間の領域と対応する位置に形成される、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記遮断パッドは前記第1方向と同じ方向に延びて、
前記遮断パッドは前記電池セル積層体に向かう方向に突出する、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第1熱伝導性樹脂層は前記U字型フレームの下部フレーム上に熱伝導性樹脂が塗布されて形成される、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレームは前記電池セル積層体を収容する互いに対応する上部及び下部と、互いに対応する両側部とを含むモジュールフレームを含み、
前記モジュールフレームの前記下部に少なくとも一つの第2注液孔が位置する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第1熱伝導性樹脂層は前記少なくとも一つの第2注液孔に熱伝導性樹脂が注入されて形成される、請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記少なくとも一つの第2注液孔は前記モジュールフレームの下部面の中心領域に対応する位置に形成される、請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1による電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
