Claims (10)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
相互に積層される複数個のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルを収容するモジュールケースと、
前記モジュールケース内で前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リード部分を少なくとも部分的にカバーするように充填されるサーマルレジンと、
前記サーマルレジンが前記電極リード部分を少なくとも部分的にカバーするように充填されるとき、前記サーマルレジンの充填長さを測定可能に前記モジュールケースに備えられるレーザセンサーと、
前記レーザセンサーと電気的に接続し、前記レーザセンサーで測定された充填長さ情報に基づいて前記サーマルレジンの充填を制御する制御ユニットと、を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
前記モジュールケースの一側に形成され、前記サーマルレジンの充填のためにレジン注入装置からサーマルレジンが注入されるための少なくとも一つのレジン注入ホールを含み、
前記レーザセンサーは、
前記モジュールケースの他側に備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
前記レジン注入装置と電気的に接続し、前記レーザセンサーで測定された充填長さが予め設定された充填長さ以上であるとき、前記レジン注入装置からの前記サーマルレジンの注入を中断させることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記少なくとも一つのレジン注入ホールは、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リードよりも高い位置に設けられ、
前記レーザセンサーは、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リードよりも低い位置に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リードと電気的に接続し、前記モジュールケースの両側をカバーするバスバーアセンブリーを含み、
前記制御ユニットは、
前記バスバーアセンブリーに備えられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バスバーアセンブリーには、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リードと平行な水平方向に透明ウィンドウが備えられることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記透明ウィンドウには、
前記サーマルレジンの充填高さを確認するためのレベリングラインが備えられることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
前記モジュールケースの一側に形成され、前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リード部分と同一線上に配置される少なくとも一つの充填確認ホールを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースと、を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項9に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
