Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルが積層形成された電池セル積層体;前記電池セル積層体を収容するモジュールフレーム;および前記電池セル積層体の下端と前記モジュールフレームの底面の間に形成される熱伝導性樹脂層を含む電池モジュールにおいて、
外部から前記モジュールフレームの底面の縁部の一部分に向かって超音波を送出して測定される超音波の波形変化を通じて熱伝導性樹脂層を形成する熱伝導性樹脂の充填有無を判別する超音波検査システム。 - 前記超音波を送出および感知する超音波センサは、前記モジュールフレームの外側で前記モジュールフレームの底面と接触するように配置される、請求項1に記載の超音波検査システム。
- 前記超音波センサは複数個で形成され、前記複数個の超音波センサは前記モジュールフレームの底面の縁に配置される、請求項2に記載の超音波検査システム。
- 前記熱伝導性樹脂層は、前記モジュールフレームの底面に形成された注液ホールを通じて注液された熱伝導性樹脂から形成される層である、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の超音波検査システム。
- 前記注液ホールは、前記モジュールフレームの底面の中央部に複数個で配列される、請求項4に記載の超音波検査システム。
- 前記超音波が送出される位置は、前記複数個の注液ホールから離隔した位置である、請求項5に記載の超音波検査システム。
- モジュールフレームの底面に形成された注液ホールを通じて熱伝導性樹脂を注液する段階;
前記熱伝導性樹脂の注液を停止し、前記モジュールフレームの底面の外側縁部の一部分に超音波センサを配置する段階;
前記超音波センサを通じて前記モジュールフレームの底面へ超音波を送出する段階;および
前記超音波の波形による前記熱伝導性樹脂の充填有無を判別する段階を含む、超音波検査方法。 - 前記超音波の波形を通じて前記熱伝導性樹脂が充填されたと判別される場合、前記注液段階を終了する段階をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の超音波検査方法。
- 前記超音波の波形を通じて前記熱伝導性樹脂が充填されなかったと判別される場合、前記注液ホールを通じて前記熱伝導性樹脂を追加的に注液する段階をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の超音波検査方法。
- 前記超音波の波形による熱伝導性樹脂の充填有無を判別する段階後、前記超音波センサを前記モジュールフレームの底面の外側縁部の他部分に配置し超音波を送出して超音波の波形による前記熱伝導性樹脂の充填有無を判別する段階をさらに含む、請求項7~9の何れか一項に記載の超音波検査方法。
