バッテリモジュールケースの内部に注入された樹脂組成物の注入量を外部で確認できない場合、またはバッテリモジュールケースの内部に注入された樹脂組成物が制御ホールを通じて吐出される場合等は、自動化工程に適合な工程性が確保されていないものと評価した。

X:自動化工程適用に適合しない場合
注入ホールおよび制御ホールが下部板に形成されたバッテリモジュールケースに複数のバッテリセルを収納し、制御ホールに光透過性フィルムを付着した。光透過性フィルム付着後に注入ホールを通じてバッテリモジュールケースの内部に樹脂組成物を注入した。

Claims (18)
- 樹脂層および複数のバッテリセルを収容するための内部空間を形成する下部板および側壁;
前記下部板または側壁に形成され、バッテリモジュールケースに注入される樹脂組成物を光透過性フィルムを介して観察するための制御ホール;
前記制御ホールの内部面に位置する光透過性フィルム;および
下部板または側壁に形成され、前記樹脂層を形成するための樹脂組成物が注入される注入ホールを含む、バッテリモジュールケース。 - 前記下部板または側壁は樹脂層と接触する部位に熱伝導性領域を有する、請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュールケース。
- 前記制御ホールは下部板に形成された、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリモジュールケース。
- 前記制御ホールの位置(P)は下記の一般式1を満足する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリモジュールケース:

前記一般式1において、Pは下部板または側壁に形成された制御ホールの位置を表し、Lは下部板または側壁のいずれか一つの末端面を基準として測定した下部板または側壁の全体の長さを表し、Bは前記末端面を基準として制御ホールまでの距離を表す。 - 前記光透過性フィルムは、複数個の制御ホールが配列された方向に沿って延びて形成された、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリモジュールケース。
- 前記光透過性フィルムは基材および前記基材上に形成された接着層を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリモジュールケース。
- 前記接着層は基材の一部の領域にのみ形成される、請求項6に記載のバッテリモジュールケース。
- 前記接着層が形成された基材の一部の領域と前記接着層が形成されない基材の他の領域は、所定の角度で屈曲されて形成され、基材の一部の領域および基材の他の領域は異なる光学特性を有する、請求項7に記載のバッテリモジュールケース。
- 前記基材の全部または一部の領域は任意の波長の光を吸収する吸光性成分を含む、請求項6に記載のバッテリモジュールケース。
- 前記基材の全部または一部の領域に反射防止膜が形成された、請求項6に記載のバッテリモジュールケース。
- 請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュールケース;
前記モジュールケースの内部空間に存在する複数のバッテリセル;および
前記モジュールケースの内部空間に存在し、前記複数のバッテリセルと前記下部板または側壁のうち少なくとも一つと接触している樹脂層を含む、バッテリモジュール。 - 前記光透過性フィルムは基材および前記基材上に形成された接着層を含む、請求項11に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記バッテリセルの表面は任意の波長の光を吸収する吸光性成分を含む、請求項11または12に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記樹脂層は熱伝導度が1.5W/mK以上である、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記樹脂層はフィラーを含む、請求項11〜14のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 互いに電気的に連結されている、請求項11〜請求項15のいずれか一項に記載されたバッテリモジュールを二個以上含む、バッテリパック。
- 請求項11〜請求項15のいずれか一項に記載されたバッテリモジュールを含む、自動車。
- 請求項16に記載されたバッテリパックを含む、自動車。
