Description
このとき、二次電池100は、図13に示されたように、左側パウチ121と右側パウチ122とで構成されるが、左側パウチ121と右側パウチ122とは物理的に分離された形態ではなく、一部分が結合している形態で構成され得る。すなわち、図13において、左側パウチ121の一辺であるE4と右側パウチ122の一辺であるE4’とは連結された形態で製造され得る。そして、このような左側パウチ121のE4辺と右側パウチ122のE4’辺とは相互連結された部分を中心に折り畳まれるように構成され得る。言い換えれば、左側パウチ121と右側パウチ122とは一辺が連結された状態で回転して折り畳まれる形態で構成され得る。

Claims (13)
- 電極組立体、電解質及びパウチ外装材を備え、上下方向に立てられた形態で左右方向に配列された複数のパウチ型二次電池、及び
熱伝導性材質から構成され、前記複数の二次電池の下部に水平方向に横たわった形態で配置され、前記二次電池の下部が上面に付着固定された冷却プレート
を含み、
前記二次電池の下部は、接着剤を通じて前記冷却プレートの上面に付着固定され、
前記冷却プレートには、前記二次電池の下部が付着された部分において下方に凹状に構成されて前記接着剤の少なくとも一部を収容する収容溝が形成されており、
前記冷却プレートには、上部表面から上方に凸部が1つ以上形成され、
前記凸部には、少なくとも一部分が上方に行くほど幅が狭くなるように傾斜面が形成され、
前記収容溝は、少なくとも前記凸部の傾斜面に形成されたことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記接着剤は、熱伝導性接着剤であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記二次電池は、前記電極組立体を収納する収納部及び前記パウチ外装材がシーリングされたシーリング部を備え、
前記収納部の下部面の少なくとも一部が前記凸部の傾斜面に付着固定されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記二次電池は、前記パウチ外装材の下部シーリング部が、前記二次電池が付着された凸部と逆方向に1回以上折り畳まれ、
前記二次電池の折り畳まれたシーリング部は、前記冷却プレートで凸部によって凹状に形成された部分に収容されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記冷却プレートは、前記凸部の傾斜面のうち前記収容溝が形成された部分以外の部分に電気絶縁層がコーティングされたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記冷却プレートは、前記傾斜面のうち前記収容溝より低い位置から、上方に突設されて前記接着剤の下方への移動を遮断するように構成された遮断壁を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記収容溝は、前記傾斜面の傾き方向と同じ方向に傾くように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記二次電池は、パウチ外装材として方形状で構成された左側パウチ及び右側パウチを備え、
前記左側パウチと前記右側パウチとは、1つの辺が予め連結された状態で折り畳まれ、残り3つの辺がシーリングされた形態で構成され、折り畳まれた1つの辺が下部に位置して前記冷却プレートの上部面に付着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記二次電池の下部は、前記左側パウチと前記右側パウチともに前記冷却プレートの上部面に接触し、
前記収容溝は、前記冷却プレートで前記左側パウチが付着される部分と前記右側パウチが付着される部分の両方に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記収容溝は、下部に行くほど幅が広くなるように形成された部分が存在するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記二次電池は、両面に接着層を備える両面接着テープを通じて前記冷却プレートに付着固定されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1〜請求項11のうちいずれか1項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1〜請求項11のうちいずれか1項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む自動車。
