Description
前記回路に電気的に連結された状態で一対のスイッチング素子が形成されており、前記各スイッチング素子間に温度検出素子及び一つ以上の垂直貫通口が形成されている上部基板;及び
前記垂直貫通口及び温度検出素子に対応する位置にヒーティングパッドが装着されている下部基板;
を含んで構成されている。

Claims (9)
- 電池モジュールを構成する単位電池に電気的に連結される回路が印刷されている基板(PCB)に温度測定のためのスイッチング素子が実装されているスイッチングボードであって、
前記回路に電気的に連結された状態で一対のスイッチング素子が形成されており、前記各スイッチング素子間に温度検出素子及び一つ以上の垂直貫通口が形成されている上部基板;及び
前記垂直貫通口及び温度検出素子に対応する位置にヒーティングパッドが装着されている下部基板;
を含み、
前記ヒーティングパッドが、スイッチング素子で発生した熱を感知して温度検出素子に伝達することを特徴とするスイッチングボード。 - 前記スイッチング素子はFET素子であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスイッチングボード。
- 前記上部基板及び下部基板は一体に成形されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスイッチングボード。
- 前記ヒーティングパッドは熱伝導性の高い素材からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスイッチングボード。
- 前記温度検出素子はチップサーミスタであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスイッチングボード。
- 請求項5に記載のスイッチングボードを含んで構成された電池モジュール。
- 請求項6に記載の電池モジュールを含むことを特徴とする電池パック。
- 前記電池パックは中大型デバイスの電源として使用されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電池パック。
- 前記中大型デバイスは、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車、または電力貯蔵用システムであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電池パック。
