- 複数の二次電池、及び相互積層可能であり、前記二次電池の外周部を外側から囲み、少なくとも一部分が熱伝導性材質から構成された複数のカートリッジを備えるモジュールアセンブリーと、 内部に空間を備え、前記モジュールアセンブリーを収容し、少なくとも一部分が熱伝導性材質から構成され、前記モジュールアセンブリーの熱を外部へ排出するパックケースと、
を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記パックケースは、金属材質から構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記パックケースは、アルミニウムダイキャスティングによるものであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記モジュールアセンブリーは、上部及び下部が前記パックケースの内側面に接触したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記二次電池及び前記カートリッジは、上下方向に立てられて水平方向に複数配列されて積層されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記カートリッジは、少なくとも一部分が熱伝導性高分子を含むか、または熱伝導性フィラー及び高分子を含む熱伝導性材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記二次電池は、少なくとも一部分が前記カートリッジと接着剤によって接着固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記カートリッジは、四角のリング状に形成され、内部空間に前記二次電池を収容し、前記二次電池の外周部の少なくとも一部が前記カートリッジの内側表面に接着固定されたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記カートリッジは、二つの相違する二次電池が一つのカートリッジに接着固定されたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記カートリッジは、内側面から内部方向に突出するように形成され、二つの二次電池の間に介された突出部を備え、前記突出部に二つの二次電池が接着固定されたことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記突出部は、内側方向に進むほど幅が細くなるように斜面が左右方向にそれぞれ形成されたことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記二次電池は、封止部が折り畳まれた状態で前記カートリッジに接着固定されたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記接着剤は、熱伝導性接着剤であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記モジュールアセンブリーと前記パックケースとの間に介されたサーマルパッドをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記パックケースは、外側表面に凹凸部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
