Description
本願は、ビーワイディー カンパニー リミテッドが2019年6月21日に提出した、発明の名称「動力電池パック及び車両」の中国特許出願第「201910544995.0」号の優先権を主張するものであり、その全ての内容は参照により本願に組み込まれるものとする。
前記車両と上記動力電池パックは、従来技術に対して同じ優位性を有し、ここでは、説明を省略する。
Claims (13)
- トレイ(110)及び上部カバー(120)であって、トレイ(110)がサイドフレーム(111)及び底部プレート(112)を含み、上部カバー(120)及び前記底部プレート(112)がそれぞれ、前記サイドフレーム(111)の上下両端に接続されて、電池収容室を画定するトレイ(110)及び上部カバー(120)と、
複数の単電池(150)であって、前記複数の単電池(150)は前記電池収容室内に取り付けられ、各単電池の1つの表面が前記上部カバー(120)と構造用接着剤(161)によって接着され、前記各単電池の対向する別の表面が前記底部プレート(112)と熱伝導構造用接着剤(160)によって接着される複数の単電池(150)と、を含み、
前記サイドフレーム(111)の下端に接続され、かつ、前記底部プレート(112)に対して鉛直方向に離間する底部保護プレートと、
前記底部保護プレートと前記底部プレート(112)との間に介在される熱交換プレートと、をさらに含む、動力電池パック(100)。 - 各単電池(150)は、直方体構造の角型電池であり、かつ長さ、厚さ、及び、前記長さと厚さとの間にある高さを有し、前記複数の単電池(150)は、単電池の厚さ方向に沿って配置される、
請求項1に記載の動力電池パック(100)。 - 単電池(150)は、対向する2つの広面及び対向する2つの狭面を有し、前記広面において長辺が単電池(150)の長さであり、短辺が単電池(150)の高さであり、前記狭面において長辺が単電池(150)の長さであり、短辺が単電池(150)の厚さである、
請求項2に記載の動力電池パック(100)。 - 隣接する2つの単電池(150)は、広面が互いに面するように電池収容室内に配置される、
請求項3に記載の動力電池パック(100)。 - 前記単電池(150)は、1つの狭面が前記上部カバー(120)と構造用接着剤(161)によって接着され、別の狭面が前記底部プレート(112)と熱伝導構造用接着剤(160)によって接着される、
