Claims (15)
- 電池セル積層体を収容する電池モジュールフレームと、
前記電池モジュールフレームが装着された電池パックフレームと、
前記電池パックフレームに形成されて前記電池モジュールフレームが前記電池パックフレームに装着されるようにする電池モジュールマウンティング部と、
を含み、
前記電池モジュールマウンティング部と前記電池モジュールフレームとの間に絶縁部材が形成される、電池パック。 - 前記電池モジュールマウンティング部と前記電池モジュールフレームとは、マウンティング部材を通じて互いに結合している、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池モジュールフレームは、電池セル積層体の前後面をカバーするエンドプレートを含み、前記エンドプレートの両端に形成された貫通口を通じて前記マウンティング部材が挿入されている、請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記マウンティング部材は、
一端に形成されたヘッド部およびボディー部を含み、
前記ヘッド部は前記貫通口の上面と接するように装着されている、請求項3に記載の電池パック。 - 前記ヘッド部と前記貫通口の上面との間に絶縁部材が形成されている、請求項4に記載の電池パック。
- 前記エンドプレートの貫通口と前記貫通口に挿入された前記マウンティング部材との間に絶縁部材が形成されている、請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記マウンティング部材は、
一端に形成されたヘッド部およびボディー部を含み、
前記絶縁部材は前記ボディー部と前記貫通口との間に形成されている、請求項6に記載の電池パック。 - 前記絶縁部材は、前記マウンティング部材を囲むように形成されている、請求項6に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池モジュールマウンティング部には貫通口が形成されており、前記マウンティング部材は前記貫通口に貫通結合している、請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記マウンティング部材は、前記電池モジュールマウンティング部の前記貫通口を通過して前記電池パックフレームの内部まで挿入されている、請求項9に記載の電池パック。
- 前記マウンティング部材は、ボルトから形成されている、請求項2から10のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池パックフレームと前記電池モジュールマウンティング部は、金属から形成されている、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池パックフレームの内部にはヒートシンクが装着されている、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ヒートシンクは、前記電池モジュールフレームが装着された前記電池パックフレームのフレーム面内部に装着されている、請求項13に記載の電池パック。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックを含むデバイス。
