Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルが互いに接して積層されている電池セル積層体;
前記電池セル積層体を収容するフレーム;
前記電池セル積層体の前後面を覆うエンドプレート;および
前記エンドプレートと前記電池セル積層体との間に形成されるバスバーフレームを含み、
前記バスバーフレームには複数個のスロットが形成され、前記エンドプレートの中央にはベンティング部が形成され、
前記複数の電池セルは、前記複数個のスロットを通り、前記ベンティング部につながる第1流路部を通じて外部と連結され、
前記複数の電池セルは、終端が密封されたシーリング部が形成され、前記シーリング部は、前記複数個のスロットを通り、前記ベンティング部につながる第1流路部を通じて外部と連結される電池モジュール。 - 前記エンドプレートは前記フレームと溶接で結合し、前記エンドプレートと前記フレームは密封される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の電池セルは、前記電池セルの両端から突出形成された電極リードを含み、
前記電極リードは、前記スロットを通過して前記バスバーフレームに形成されたバスバーと接合される、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記エンドプレートの上端にはコネクタ開口部が形成され、
前記コネクタ開口部にはコネクタが挿入設置され、
前記複数の電池セルは、前記複数個のスロットを通り、前記コネクタ開口部につながる第2流路部を通じて外部と連結される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記バスバーフレームは、一側に形成されて前記エンドプレートが形成された方向に突出形成された端子バスバーを含み、
前記端子バスバーは、前記エンドプレートの一側に形成された端子バスバー開口部を通過するように形成され、
前記複数の電池セルは、前記複数個のスロットを通り、前記端子バスバー開口部につながる第3流路部を通じて外部と連結される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記ベンティング部は、ホール形状のベンティングホールで形成される、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ベンティングホールは、複数個で形成される、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ベンティング部は、スロット形状のベンティングスロットが少なくとも一つ形成される、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ベンティングスロットは、前記バスバーフレームに形成された複数個のスロットと対応する部分に形成される、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
