Claims (15)
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体;および
前記電池セル積層体を収容するモジュールフレームを含み、
前記モジュールフレームの下面にはベンティング部が形成され、
前記電池セルは、
セル本体;
前記セル本体の両端から突出形成された電極リード;および
前記電極リードが突出した方向にセルケースから延長形成されたテラス部を含み、
前記ベンティング部は、前記セル本体よりも前記テラス部が位置した部分に隣接して形成される、電池モジュール。 - 前記ベンティング部は、前記テラス部が位置した部分と対応する位置に形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体の前面および後面にそれぞれ位置する第1エンドプレートおよび第2エンドプレートをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ベンティング部は、前記モジュールフレームの下面に形成された孔構造である、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記孔構造は、前記モジュールフレームの下面を斜めに貫通する、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記孔構造は、前記第1エンドプレートと前記第2エンドプレートのうち前記ベンティング部でより遠く位置するエンドプレートに近づく傾斜方向を有する、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ベンティング部は、前記モジュールフレームの下面に形成されて前記電池セル積層体と対向する流入口、前記流入口を介して流入したガスを排出する排出口および前記流入口と前記排出口を連結する連結部を含む、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記排出口は前記流入口と垂直な方向に形成される、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記連結部は、前記モジュールフレームの下面から突出した形態である、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ベンティング部は、前記第1エンドプレートと前記第2エンドプレートのうちより遠く位置したエンドプレート方向にガスを排出するように形成された、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1エンドプレートおよび前記第2エンドプレートは、前記電池モジュールの固定のためのモジュールマウンティング部を含み、
前記モジュールマウンティング部に支持部材が挿入され、
前記支持部材によってパックフレームの底部から前記モジュールフレームの下面が離隔する、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記モジュールフレームの下面に下向するように突出した支え部材が形成された、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか一項による電池モジュールを二つ以上含み、
前記電池モジュールのうち第1電池モジュールと第2電池モジュールはそれぞれ互いに対向する面に開口部が形成される、電池パック。 - 前記第1電池モジュールの前記ベンティング部は、前記第2電池モジュールが位置した方向と反対方向にガスを排出するように形成された、請求項13に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池モジュールを収容するパックフレームをさらに含み、
前記電池モジュールは、前記パックフレームの底部から離隔した、請求項13に記載の電池パック。
