Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体;
底面および両側面から形成されて前記電池セル積層体の下部面および両側面をカバーする下部フレーム;
前記電池セル積層体の上部面をカバーする上部フレーム;および
前記電池セル積層体の最外郭電池セルと前記下部フレームの両側面との間に位置するパッドと対応するように前記上部フレームから突出形成されたリブを含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記下部フレームの両側面上部角と前記上部フレームの下面とは溶接で結合される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記リブは、前記上部フレームを押出して形成される、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記リブは、別途に加工され前記上部フレームに付着される、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記上部フレームから突出した前記リブの高さは1.5mm以上で形成される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記下部フレームは、前記リブが挿入されるリブ挿入部をさらに含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記リブ挿入部は、前記電池セル積層体と離隔されるように形成される、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記リブの側面にはリブ溝が形成され、前記リブ挿入部には前記リブ溝に挿入されるリブ溝係止部が形成され、前記リブ溝係止部は前記リブ溝に係止結合される、請求項6または7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記リブ溝は前記電池セル積層体が位置した方向に形成され、前記リブ溝係止部は前記リブ溝に係止結合される、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項による電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
