Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体;
前記電池セル積層体の前後面を覆うエンドプレート;
前記電池セル積層体の前記前後面それぞれと各エンドプレートとの間に形成されたバスバーフレーム;
前記電池セル積層体の上側で前記バスバーフレーム間を連結するセンシング部材;
前記エンドプレートと前記バスバーフレームとの間に形成される絶縁プレート;および
前記電池セル積層体の両側面を覆う側面プレートを含み、
前記エンドプレートの両側端には取付部が形成され、
前記電池セル積層体の下面は開放され、
前記電池セル積層体の最外側の電池セルと前記側面プレートが互いに結合し、前記側面プレートと前記エンドプレートが互いに結合して、前記複数の電池セルを固定させる電池モジュール。 - 前記エンドプレートと前記側面プレートは互いに溶接で接合される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記センシング部材の上側に位置して前記電池セル積層体の上面および前記センシング部材を覆う上部プレートをさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記上部プレートは、プラスチックまたはフィルムで形成される、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記側面プレートは、金属で形成される、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体と前記側面プレートは接着剤で結合する、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートは、前記バスバーフレームと結合する、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体の下面を覆う下部カバーをさらに含む、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記下部カバーは、フィルムで形成される、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール;
前記電池モジュールの下側で前記電池セル積層体の下面と接触する熱伝導層;および
前記熱伝導層の下側に位置するヒートシンクを含む電池パック。
