Abstract
【解決手段】本発明にかかるバッテリパックは、バッテリアレイと、サイドプレートと、トップカバーと、エンドプレートとを備える。バッテリアレイは、第1方向に整列される複数のバッテリセルを備える。バッテリアレイは、第1−1、第1−2、第2−1、第2−2、第3−1、第3−2面の六面体に形成される。トップカバーは、前記バッテリアレイの第1−1面に備えられ、前記第1方向を基準として両側に補強フレームを備える。補強フレームは、垂直フレームおよび水平フレームを含み、断面の形状が「L」状に形成される。エンドプレートは、第3−1面および第3−2面に備えられ、前記トップカバーに固定される。サイドプレートは、第2−1面および第2−2面に備えられ、それぞれ第1−1面のトップカバーの両側面を加圧する据置部が形成される。さらに、前記サイドプレートには少なくとも1つ以上の第1軽量化孔が形成できる。

Claims (17)
- 複数のバッテリセルを含むバッテリアレイと、
前記バッテリアレイの一端面に位置するエンドプレートと、
前記バッテリアレイの一側面に位置するサイドプレートと、
前記バッテリアレイの少なくとも1つの面に補強フレームが備えられたカバーと、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 前記カバーは、前記バッテリアレイ上の第1カバーと、前記第1カバーに締結された第2カバーとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記第1カバーは、側壁を含み、前記側壁に前記補強フレームが備えられたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記補強フレームは、前記側壁の全長に沿って延びていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記補強フレームは、L字状の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記側壁は、第1領域と前記第1領域から垂直に延びたL字状となり、前記補強フレームは、前記第1領域および第2領域の少なくとも1つに位置することを特徴とする請求項3〜5に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記サイドプレートは、本体部と、前記本体部から垂直に延び、前記バッテリアレイを向いた据置部とを含み、前記据置部は、前記バッテリセルの少なくとも一部を覆うことを特徴とする請求項1〜6に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記サイドプレートの据置部は、前記側壁の第2領域と接触することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記補強フレームは、前記側壁から突出した突出部を備えることを特徴とする請求項3〜7に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記据置部は、前記突出部を収容する締結孔を備えることを特徴とする請求項7〜9に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記補強フレームは、U字状の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜10に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記サイドプレートは、前記本体部に垂直に延び、前記バッテリアレイの外側を向く固定部を含み、前記固定部は、前記据置部と離隔していることを特徴とする請求項7〜11に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記固定部に冷却部材が結合されたことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記エンドプレートは、前記サイドプレートおよび前記カバーに連結されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜13に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記補強フレームと前記カバーは、互いに異なる材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜14に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記補強フレームは、ステンレス鋼、炭素鋼または鉄合金からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜15に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記補強フレームは、少なくとも1つの孔を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜16に記載のバッテリパック。
