Claims (9)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体;
下面および左右面で形成されて前記電池セル積層体の下面および左右面を覆う第1フレーム;および
上面および前後左右面が一体に形成されて前記電池セル積層体の上面と前後面および前記第1フレームの左右面を覆う第2フレームを含み、
前記第1フレームの左右面および前記第2フレームの左右面は前記電池セル積層体の積層方向と垂直をなし、
前記第1フレームの左右面および前記第2フレームの左右面は平行に配置され、前記第1フレームの左右面の外側は、前記第2フレームの左右面の内側と対応する電池モジュール。 - 前記第1フレームの左右面の下端と前記第2フレームの左右面の下端および前記第1フレームの下面の前後端と前記第2フレームの前後面の下端は溶接で結合されている、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1フレームと前記第2フレームの厚さは同一である、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1フレームの左右面の下端にはガイドが突出形成され、
前記ガイドに対応する前記第2フレームの左右面の下端には前記ガイドが挿入されるガイド挿入部が陥没形成され、
前記ガイドは前記ガイド挿入部に挿入される、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第2フレームの上面は前記第1フレームの下面より広く形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 下面および左右面で形成された第1フレーム上に電池セル積層体を組み立てる段階;
上面および前後左右面が一体に形成された第2フレームを前記電池セル積層体の上面と前後面および前記第1フレームの左右面を覆うように組み立てる段階;および
前記第1フレームと前記第2フレームを溶接結合する段階を含み、
前記第1フレームの左右面および前記第2フレームの左右面は前記電池セル積層体の積層方向と垂直をなし、
前記第1フレームの左右面および前記第2フレームの左右面は平行に配置され、前記第1フレームの左右面の外側は、前記第2フレームの左右面の内側と対応する電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記第1フレームおよび前記第2フレームはプレス工法で形成される、請求項6に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記第1フレームと前記第2フレームを溶接結合する段階で、前記第1フレームの左右面の下端と前記第2フレームの左右面の下端および前記第1フレームの下面の前後端と前記第2フレームの前後面の下端を溶接する、請求項6または7に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
