Claims (9)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体に連結されたバスバーフレーム、
前記電池セル積層体に含まれている電池セルのうち、互いに隣接する電池セルからそれぞれ突出されたセルテラス、および
前記セルテラスからそれぞれ突出され、同一の極性を有する複数の電極リード
を含む電池モジュールであって、
前記セルテラスのうちの少なくとも一つはバスバーと接触するベンディング部を含み、
前記バスバーは、前記電池セル積層体と向き合う第1面と、前記第1面の反対側に位置する第2面とを含み、
前記セルテラスは、前記第1面から前記バスバーに形成されたスロットを貫通し、前記スロットを貫通した前記セルテラスが前記第2面で折り曲げられて前記ベンディング部を形成する、電池モジュール。 - 前記複数の電極リードは前記バスバーの第2面で互いに重なり、前記電極リードと重なる前記バスバーの一部分に溶接部が形成され、
前記溶接部と前記スロットとの間に前記ベンディング部が形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記複数の電池セルのそれぞれは、電極組立体、および前記電極組立体を収容するセルケースを含み、
前記セルテラスは、前記セルケースから延長されて前記セルケースと一体に形成される、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記バスバーは、金属で形成された、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーは、絶縁部材で形成され、前記絶縁部材上に金属部材が形成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーには、前記セルテラスが通過するスロットが形成されており、前記スロットの周囲には、前記バスバーを覆う前記金属部材が形成される、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーは、前記電池セル積層体と向き合う第1面と、前記第1面の反対側に位置する第2面とを含み、
前記金属部材は、前記第2面に位置する、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記金属部材は、前記バスバーに形成された陥没部に位置する、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
