Claims (5)
- 電力を蓄電又は発電する複数の電力素子に取り付けられる配線モジュールであって、
前記電力素子を相互に、または前記電力素子と負荷とを接続するための接続導体と、
前記電力素子の異常を検出するための異常検知素子と、
前記接続導体及び前記異常検知素子を保持する絶縁プロテクタとを備え、
前記絶縁プロテクタには、前記接続導体を嵌合させて位置決め保持する導体保持部と、前記異常検知素子を嵌合させて位置決め保持する素子保持部と、が一体に設けられており、
前記異常検知素子は端子部を備えたヒューズであり、
前記端子部は前記接続導体に備えられたバレル部がカシメ圧着されていることを特徴とする配線モジュール。 - 前記導体保持部は、前記絶縁プロテクタに突設されて前記接続導体に形成された嵌合孔に圧入されるテーパ部を備え、前記素子保持部は前記異常検知素子を圧入保持する一対の素子保持爪部を備えている、請求項1に記載の配線モジュール。
- 前記導体保持部は第1導体保持部と第2導体保持部とを備え、
前記接続導体は、前記第1導体保持部の前記テーパ部に嵌合される円形の第1保持孔部と、前記第2導体保持部の前記テーパ部に嵌合される長円形の第2保持孔部と、を備え、
前記第2保持孔部は、前記第2保持孔部の長軸の延長線が前記第1保持孔部の中心点を通るように配されている請求項2に記載の配線モジュール。 - 前記絶縁プロテクタは、前記導体保持部および前記素子保持部の設けられた台座部と、前記導体保持部および前記素子保持部を覆うカバー部と、を備え、
前記カバー部は、前記台座部との間に前記接続導体を保持する導体押さえ部と、前記台座部との間に前記異常検知素子を保持する素子保持補助部と、が設けられている、請求項2または請求項3に記載の配線モジュール。 - 前記素子保持補助部は、前記一対の素子保持爪部を間に挟み込む一対の開き止め部を備える、請求項4に記載の配線モジュール。
