Claims (14)
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体と、
前記電池セル積層体を収納し、互いに対向する前面および後面が開放されたモジュールフレームと、
前記モジュールフレームの前記前面および前記後面のそれぞれを覆うエンドプレートと
を含む電池モジュールであって、
前記モジュールフレームは、前記前面と前記後面のそれぞれを構成する辺に位置する第1接合面を含み、
前記エンドプレートは、前記第1接合面に溶接される第2接合面と、前記第1接合面と前記第2接合面の溶接部分より前記エンドプレートの中央側に位置し、前記溶接部分よりも前記モジュールフレームの方向に突出したリブとを含み、前記エンドプレートと前記モジュールフレームは、前記第1接合面と前記第2接合面においてのみ溶接されている、電池モジュール。 - 前記リブは、前記エンドプレートと一体化された、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記リブは、前記エンドプレートの辺と平行な方向に沿って伸びている、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記リブには、前記エンドプレートと前記モジュールフレームの組立性を向上させるための面取り部が形成された、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記面取り部は、前記リブの角のうちの前記モジュールフレームの内側面と接する角に形成された、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記リブは、前記第1接合面および前記第2接合面と隣接して位置する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートの辺のうちの上辺に位置した前記リブの厚さと前記エンドプレートの辺のうちの下辺に位置した前記リブの厚さが互いに異なる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記リブの側面にはリブ溝が形成され、
前記モジュールフレームには前記リブ溝に挿入されるリブ溝係止部が形成され、
前記リブ溝係止部は前記リブ溝に係合される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記リブ溝係止部は、前記モジュールフレームの内側面に位置して、三角形の断面を形成する、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記リブ溝係止部は、前記第1接合面が位置した方向の傾斜が前記第1接合面が位置した方向と反対方向の傾斜より緩やかである、請求項8又は9に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記リブ溝は、前記リブ溝係止部と対応する形状に湾入している、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレームは、上面、下面および両側面が一体化されたモノフレームである、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレームは、前面、後面および上面が開放されたU字型フレームおよび前記U字型フレームの開放された前記上面を覆う上部カバーを含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを一つ以上含む電池パック。
