Claims (9)
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体;
前記電池セル積層体の下部を覆う第1フレーム;および
前記電池セル積層体の上部を覆う第2フレームを含み、
前記第1フレームは、前記電池セル積層体の、前記複数の電池セルが積層された積層方向に垂直な両側面をカバーする第1側面部を含み、
前記第2フレームは、前記第1側面部を前記積層方向においてカバーする第2側面部を含み、
前記積層方向における前記第1側面部と前記第2側面部との間に側面部材が位置し、
前記側面部材はパッド形態である、電池モジュール。 - 前記第2フレームは、前記電池セル積層体の前面および後面をそれぞれカバーする前面部および後面部を含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体;
前記電池セル積層体の下部を覆う第1フレーム;および
前記電池セル積層体の上部を覆う第2フレームを含み、
前記第1フレームは、前記電池セル積層体の、前記複数の電池セルが積層された積層方向に垂直な両側面をカバーする第1側面部を含み、
前記第2フレームは、前記第1側面部を前記積層方向からカバーする第2側面部を含み、
前記積層方向における前記第1側面部と前記第2側面部との間に側面部材が位置し、
前記側面部材は、ポリウレタンを含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セルの電池本体が前記第1側面部、前記第2側面部、および前記側面部材と平行に配置される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体;
前記電池セル積層体の下部を覆う第1フレーム;および
前記電池セル積層体の上部を覆う第2フレームを含み、
前記第1フレームは、前記電池セル積層体の、前記複数の電池セルが積層された積層方向に垂直な両側面をカバーする第1側面部を含み、
前記第2フレームは、前記第1側面部を前記積層方向からカバーする第2側面部を含み、
前記積層方向における前記第1側面部と前記第2側面部との間に側面部材が位置し、
前記電池セル積層体の前面および後面をカバーするエンドプレートを含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記エンドプレートは、前記第1フレームおよび前記第2フレームのうちの少なくとも一つと溶接結合される、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体;
前記電池セル積層体の下部を覆う第1フレーム;および
前記電池セル積層体の上部を覆う第2フレームを含み、
前記第1フレームは、前記電池セル積層体の、前記複数の電池セルが積層された積層方向に垂直な両側面をカバーする第1側面部を含み、
前記第2フレームは、前記第1側面部を前記積層方向からカバーする第2側面部を含み、
前記積層方向における前記第1側面部と前記第2側面部との間に側面部材が位置し、
前記第1側面部と前記側面部材の間および前記第2側面部と前記側面部材の間のうちの少なくとも一つに形成された高分子樹脂層をさらに含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記高分子樹脂層は、前記側面部材に高分子樹脂が塗布されて形成された、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
