Claims (7)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体と、
前記電池セル積層体を収容するモジュールフレームと、
前記電池セル積層体の前後面をカバーするバスバーフレームと、を含み、
前記バスバーフレームは、前記電池セル積層体の積層方向に沿って結合された第1バスバーフレームおよび第2バスバーフレームを含み、
前記第1バスバーフレームの一側に突起部が形成され、前記第2バスバーフレームの一側に溝部が形成され、前記突起部が前記溝部に結合されることによって前記第1バスバーフレームと前記第2バスバーフレームとが直列に連結される電池モジュール。 - 前記第1バスバーフレームの前記突起部は、第1幅を有する第1部分と、第2幅を有する第2部分とを含み、前記第2幅は、前記第1幅より大きい、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2バスバーフレームの前記溝部は、第1間隔を有する第1領域と、第2間隔を有する第2領域とを含み、前記第2間隔は、前記第1間隔より広く、
前記第1部分は、前記第1領域に挿入され、前記第2部分は、前記第2領域に挿入される、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第1バスバーフレームの前記突起部と前記第2バスバーフレームの前記溝部は、互いに摺動可能に結合する、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- モジュールフレームに電池セル積層体を収容する段階と、
第1バスバーフレームと第2バスバーフレームとを、前記電池セル積層体の積層方向に沿って、溝部と突起部とで直列に結合してバスバーフレームを形成する段階と、
前記バスバーフレームを前記電池セル積層体の前後面に組立てる段階と、を含む電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記第1バスバーフレームと前記第2バスバーフレームとを結合する段階において、前記第1バスバーフレームの一側に形成された突起部は、前記第2バスバーフレームの一側に形成された溝部に摺動可能に結合する、請求項5に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
