Claims (8)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体と、
前記電池セル積層体を収容するモジュールフレームと、
前記モジュールフレームの下に位置する冷却プレートと、
を含み、
前記冷却プレートの上部全体が前記モジュールフレームの底部に対向した状態で、前記モジュールフレームの底部と前記冷却プレートはヒートシンクを形成しており、
前記冷却プレートと前記モジュールフレームの底部は密封されており、
前記モジュールフレームの底部にはガイド部が形成されており、前記冷却プレートは前記ガイド部と対応するように前記モジュールフレームの底部と結合しており、
前記ガイド部は、前記モジュールフレームの底部の両側端部に形成されており、前記両側端部の周縁辺と平行に打刻された第1ガイド部を含み、
前記第1ガイド部は、前記冷却プレートの両側辺と一致するように配置されている、電池モジュール。 - 前記ガイド部は、前記モジュールフレームの底部の後端周縁辺に溝形状を有する第2ガイド部を含み、前記溝形状により形成される陥没ラインは前記冷却プレートの後辺と対応するように配置されている、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記溝形状は複数個で形成されており、前記複数個の溝の陥没ラインは同一線上に位置する、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 冷却プレートの両側辺をモジュールフレームの底部の両側端部に形成された第1ガイド部と対応させる段階と、
冷却プレートの後辺を前記モジュールフレームの底部の後端部に陥没形成された第2ガイド部と対応させる段階と、
前記冷却プレートを前記モジュールフレームの底部に結合させる段階と、
を含む電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記冷却プレートの両側辺を前記第1ガイド部と対応させる段階において、前記冷却プレートの両側辺を前記第1ガイド部が形成するガイド部ラインと一致させる、請求項4に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記冷却プレートの後辺を前記第2ガイド部と対応させる段階において、前記冷却プレートの後辺を前記第2ガイド部の陥没ラインと一致させる、請求項4または5に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記冷却プレートを前記モジュールフレームの底部に結合させる段階において、前記冷却プレートのフレーム部を前記モジュールフレームの底部に溶接結合する、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
