Claims (8)
- 電池パックに含まれる電池モジュールであって、
前記電池パックは、電池パックフレームを備えており、
前記電池モジュールは、
複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体と、
前記電池セル積層体を収容する下部フレームと、
前記電池セル積層体の上面をカバーする上部プレートと、
前記電池セル積層体の前後面をカバーするエンドプレートと、を含み、
前記上部プレートの両端にはモジュール結合部が形成され、
前記上部プレートの幅全体が、前記下部フレームの両側面間の幅よりも大きく、それにより、前記上部プレートは、前記下部フレームの両側面間の幅よりも突出し、
前記突出した部分に前記モジュール結合部が形成され、
前記モジュール結合部は、前記電池パックフレームと前記上部プレートとを結合するために、内部に結合部材が挿入される空孔構造で形成される電池モジュール。 - 前記エンドプレートは、絶縁部材で形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートは、前記下部フレームおよび前記上部プレートの少なくとも1つと接着剤で固定される、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートは、前記下部フレームおよび前記上部プレートの少なくとも1つとフック構造によって結合される、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュール結合部は、前記上部プレートの両側端に沿って複数形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記下部フレームは、底部と、前記底部の両側から折り曲げられ延長されて形成された側面とを含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記上部プレートの幅は、前記下部フレームの両側面間の間隔よりも広い、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
