Claims (8)
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体と、
前記電池セル積層体を収容するモジュールフレームと、
前記モジュールフレームの下側に形成されて前記複数の電池セルを冷却させるヒートシンクと、
を含み、
前記ヒートシンクは、下部プレートと、冷媒の流動経路である流路部と、前記流路部が形成された方向に沿って前記流路部の内部に形成された隔壁とを含み、
前記下部プレートは、前記モジュールフレームの底部と結合され、
前記ヒートシンクは、前記冷媒が流入する1つのインレットと、前記冷媒が流出する1つのアウトレットとをさらに含み、
前記隔壁の始点は、前記インレットから離隔して形成されており、前記隔壁の終点は、前記アウトレットから離隔して形成されており、
前記インレットを通して流入した冷媒は、前記隔壁の前記始点から前記離隔の前記終点まで第1流路部および第2流路部に区別されて流れる電池モジュール。 - 前記隔壁は、前記モジュールフレームの前記底部と結合される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記流路部は、前記下部プレートにおいて下側に陥没形成された構造を有し、前記流路部の上側は、前記モジュールフレームの前記底部によって覆われ、前記流路部と前記モジュールフレームの前記底部との間の空間に前記冷媒が流れる、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1流路部の幅及び前記第2流路部の幅は、前記インレットから前記アウトレットまで一定に形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記隔壁は、前記流路部の中間部分に沿って前記インレットから前記アウトレットまで延長形成される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記流路部がベンディングされる部分は、曲面に形成される、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記下部プレートは、前記モジュールフレームの下面に対応するように形成される、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
