Claims (11)
- 배터리 모듈에 있어서,
내부에 복수 개의 배터리 셀을 수용하는 수용 공간을 가지는 카트리지와;
상기 수용 공간에 위치하는 복수 개의 배터리 셀과; 그리고
상기 배터리 셀을 냉각하는 냉각 유닛을 포함하되,
상기 냉각 유닛은,
상기 배터리 셀의 일측면과 면접촉하는 냉각 핀과;
상기 냉각 핀의 하부에 위치하는 냉각 플레이트와; 그리고
상기 냉각 핀과 상기 냉각 플레이트 사이에 개재되며, 상기 냉각 핀의 열을 상기 냉각 플레이트에 전달하는 연결 부재를 포함하고,
상기 수용 공간의 하부에는 상기 복수 개의 배터리 셀의 측부가 수용되고, 상기 배터리 셀의 측부는 하부 방향으로 돌출되고 하부로 갈수록 폭이 좁아지는 형상을 가지며,
상기 카트리지는 상기 복수 개의 배터리 셀 각각의 측부의 일부분과 대면하도록 일측 또는 양측이 경사지게 절곡된 형상을 가지고,

상기 냉각 플레이트는 상기 핀 절곡부의 하부에 위치하는 플레이트 절곡부를 포함하며,
상기 연결 부재는 상기 핀 절곡부와 상기 플레이트 절곡부 사이에 위치하는 연결 절곡부를 포함하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연결 부재는 열전도 시트로 제공되는 배터리 모듈. - 삭제

상기 핀 절곡부, 상기 플레이트 절곡부 그리고 상기 연결 절곡부는 모두 대응되는 형상으로 제공되는 배터리 모듈. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 핀 절곡부와 접촉되는 상기 카트리지 부분은 상기 핀 절곡부와 대응되는 형상으로 제공되는 배터리 모듈. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 연결 부재는 열융착 방식으로 각각 상기 냉각 핀 및 상기 냉각 플레이트에 결합되는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 모듈은 상기 냉각 플레이트의 하부에 위치하며, 상기 냉각 플레이트와 열교환 할 수 있는 열교환 유닛을 더 포함하는 배터리 모듈. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 열교환 유닛은,
외부에서 유입된 냉각 유체을 이용하여 상기 냉각 플레이트와 열교환하는 열교환 챔버와;
상기 열교환 챔버로 상기 냉각 유체를 공급하는 공급관과; 그리고
상기 열교환 챔버 내부로부터 상기 냉각 유체를 외부로 배출하는 배출관을; 포함하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항, 제2항, 및 제5항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 배터리 모듈을 포함하는 배터리 팩.
- 제10항의 배터리 팩을 포함하는 자동차.
