Claims (12)
- 다수의 캔형 이차전지, 용기 형상으로 상기 다수의 캔형 이차전지를 수납할 수 있는 수용 공간을 갖는 냉각 트레이;
중공 구조로 내부에 냉매가 유동하며, 상기 냉각 트레이의 외면에 접촉하게 배치되는 히트싱크;
상기 냉각 트레이의 수용 공간에 채워지는 열 전도성 접착액; 및
상기 냉각 트레이와 결합하여 상기 수용 공간을 밀폐시키는 트레이 커버를 포함하며,
상기 다수의 캔형 이차전지는 하부가 상기 열 전도성 접착액에 담지되어 수직으로 기립 배치되고,
상기 트레이 커버는,
그 내측에 구비되며 상기 냉각 트레이와 결합시 상기 열 전도성 접착액의 수면 위에 노출된 각 상기 캔형 이차전지의 외주면에 씌워지는 파이프 형상으로 마련된 다수의 쿨링 소켓부;와 상기 다수의 쿨링 소켓부를 상기 트레이 커버의 측면부에 연결시키는 연결부를 구비하는 것 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열 전도성 접착액은 상기 냉각 트레이의 수용 공간 높이까지 채워진 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 트레이에는 상기 캔형 이차전지의 하단부가 부분적으로 끼워 맞춤되는 다수의 안착부가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 삭제

상기 다수의 쿨링 소켓부, 상기 연결부, 상기 트레이 커버의 측면부는 중공 구조로 상호 연통하게 마련되어 내부에 유로가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캔형 이차전지는, 각형 또는 원통형 이차전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제6항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 배터리 모듈을 포함하는 배터리 팩.
- 용기 형상의 냉각 트레이를 마련하는 준비단계;
상기 냉각 트레이 내부에 미리 설정된 높이까지 열 전도성 접착액을 주액하는 주액단계;
상기 열 전도성 접착액이 경화되기 전에 다수의 캔형 이차전지들을 각각 상기 열 전도성 접착액에 수직으로 담지시켜 고정시키는 배치단계; 및
상기 냉각 트레이와 상호 결합하는 트레이 커버를 사용하여 상기 다수의 캔형 이차전지가 수용된 수용 공간을 밀폐시키는 트레이 커버 결합단계를 포함하며,
상기 트레이 커버는 파이프 형상으로 상기 열 전도성 접착액의 수면 위에 노출된 상기 캔형 이차전지의 외주면에 씌워지는 다수의 쿨링 소켓부와, 상기 다수의 쿨링 소켓부와 상기 트레이 커버의 측면부를 연결시키는 연결부를 구비하고,
상기 트레이 커버 결합단계에서 상기 캔형 이차전지들은 상기 쿨링 소켓부들에 하나씩 끼워져 홀딩되는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 트레이는 상기 캔형 이차전지의 하단부가 부분적으로 끼워 맞춤되는 다수의 안착부를 구비하고,
상기 배치단계는 상기 캔형 이차전지들을 상기 안착부들에 일대일 대응하게 배치시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈 제조방법. - 삭제
