Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体を収容するモジュールフレーム、
前記モジュールフレームに収容され、前記電池セル積層体の前面を覆う第1バスバーフレーム、および
前記モジュールフレームに収容され、前記電池セル積層体の後面を覆う第2バスバーフレームを含み、
前記第1バスバーフレームにはターミナルバスバーが装着され、前記第2バスバーフレームにはモジュールコネクタが装着され、
前記モジュールフレームには上部プレートを貫通するベンティング部が形成され、前記ベンティング部は、前記ターミナルバスバーよりも前記モジュールコネクタにより近く位置する、電池モジュール。 - 前記ベンティング部は、前記上部プレートに形成されるホール構造であり、前記ホール構造は、前記第2バスバーフレームに近い方向に斜めに前記上部プレートを貫通する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ターミナルバスバーは、前記ターミナルバスバーが含まれている電池モジュールに隣り合った他の電池モジュールとの連結を提供する外部バスバーと連結される、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ベンティング部は、前記第2バスバーフレームが位置した方向にガスをベンティングするように形成される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ベンティング部は、
前記モジュールフレームの上面上に形成され、前記電池セル積層体と向かい合う流入口、および
前記流入口を通じて流入されたガスを排出する排出口を含み、
前記排出口は、前記流入口と垂直な方向に形成される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記ベンティング部は、
前記流入口と前記排出口との間に形成されて前記流入口に流入されたガスを前記排出口が位置した方向に案内する連結部を含み、
前記連結部の上面は、傾いて形成される、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記ベンティング部は、前記電池セル積層体を基準として上側方向にベンティングされるように形成される、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ベンティング部は、
前記電池セル積層体と連結され、前記モジュールフレームの上面上で上側方向に形成された流入口、
上側方向に形成され、前記流入口を通じて流入されたガスを排出する排出口、および
前記流入口と前記排出口を連結する連結部を含み、
前記連結部は、前記流入口および前記排出口の流入および排出方向と垂直な方向に形成される、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記モジュールフレームの上部と前記電池セル積層体との間に排出通路が形成される、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
