Claims (12)
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体が挿入されるモジュールフレームと、
前記電池セル積層体の前後面を覆い、前記モジュールフレームと結合されるエンドプレートと、
前記電池セル積層体と前記エンドプレートとの間に位置するセルテラス集合体とを含み、
前記モジュールフレームの側面部にベンティング部が形成され、前記ベンティング部が形成された部分は、前記電池セル積層体より前記セルテラス集合体に隣接して形成される電池モジュール。 - 前記ベンティング部は、前記セルテラス集合体が形成された領域に形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ベンティング部が形成された部分は、前記モジュールフレームの側面部の両端部に位置する、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレート上に端子バスバー開口部とコネクタ開口部が形成され、前記ベンティング部は、前記端子バスバー開口部と前記コネクタ開口部から放出されるガスおよび熱を分散排出する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ベンティング部は、前記モジュールフレームの側面部に形成されたホール構造である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ホール構造は、前記モジュールフレームの側面部を斜めに貫通する、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートは、第1エンドプレートおよび第2エンドプレートを含み、
前記ホール構造は、前記第1エンドプレートおよび前記第2エンドプレートのうち前記ベンティング部からより遠く位置するエンドプレートに近づく傾斜方向を有する、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記ベンティング部は、
前記モジュールフレームの側面部に形成されて、前記電池セル積層体の積層面に対応する流入口と、
前記流入口を通して流入したガスを排出する排出口とを含み、
前記排出口は、前記流入口と垂直な方向に形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記ベンティング部は、
前記流入口と前記排出口との間に形成されて、前記流入口に流入したガスを前記排出口が位置した方向に案内する連結部をさらに含み、
前記連結部は、前記モジュールフレームが側面部を基準として傾斜した構造を有する、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記エンドプレートは、第1エンドプレートおよび第2エンドプレートを含み、
前記第1エンドプレートおよび前記第2エンドプレートのうち前記ベンティング部からより遠く位置するエンドプレートに向かって前記排出口が形成される、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の電池モジュールを2以上含み、
前記電池モジュールのうち第1電池モジュールと第2電池モジュールは、それぞれ互いに対向する一側に開口部が形成される電池パック。 - 前記第1電池モジュールのベンティング部は、前記第2電池モジュールが位置した方向と反対方向にガスを排出するように形成される、請求項11に記載の電池パック。
