Claims (17)
- セルスタックが構造中に構築されてなるバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記セルスタックが、充電及び放電可能な複数の二次バッテリーセル(「バッテリーセル」)、或いは、それぞれ複数のバッテリーセルを包含し、高密度で積み重ねられた、複数の単位モジュールを包含するものであり、
前記セルスタックが、六面体モジュールケース中に取り付けられてなり、
前記モジュールケースが、前記モジュールケースの上部及び底部および/または右及び左側に移動結合構造を備えている、バッテリーモジュール。 - 各バッテリーセルが、樹脂層および金属層を包含するラミネートシート中に取り付けた電極アセンブリーを含んでなる、板形状バッテリーセルである、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記モジュールケースが、金属材料から製造されてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記移動結合構造が、前記モジュールケースの上部に、前記モジュールケースの長さ方向で形成された移動溝と、及び前記モジュールケースの底部に、前記モジュールケースの長さ方向で形成された、対応する移動突起を包含してなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記移動溝が、前記モジュールケース上部の右側及び左側に形成され、かつ、
前記移動突起が、前記モジュールケース底部の右側及び左側に形成されてなる、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記モジュールケースが、前記モジュールケースの上部及び底部に、冷却剤流路を定める複数の通し孔を備えている、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールが、垂直方向における高さ対幅の比が大きい、長方形の平行六面体構造に構築されてなり、かつ、
前記板形状バッテリーセルまたは単位モジュールが直立した際に、前記板形状バッテリーセルまたは単位モジュールが、前記バッテリーモジュール中で積み重ねられてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 可変グリップが前記バッテリーモジュールの片側に取り付けられてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 必要であれば、前記可変グリップが、前記可変グリップの一端が前記モジュールケースの前面に蝶番状に取り付けられてなる構造に構築されてなり、前記可変グリップがモジュールケースの前面から前記可変グリップの軸回転により分離されてなるものである、請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記可変グリップが、前記可変グリップが蝶番状に前記モジュールケースに接続されている、前記可変グリップの末端と反対側の末端に、小さな連結溝または連結突起を備えてなり、
前記モジュールケースが、前記モジュールケースの前面に、前記可変グリップの連結溝または連結突起に対応する連結突起または連結溝を備えてなる、請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記可変グリップが、前記可変グリップが蝶番状に前記モジュールケースに接続されている、前記可変グリップの末端と反対側の末端に、小さな連結孔を備えてなり、
前記モジュールケースが、前記モジュールケースの前面に、前記可変グリップの前記連結孔に対応する連結溝を備えてなり、
前記可変グリップと前記モジュールケースとの間の連結が、前記可変グリップが前記モジュールケースの前面と緊密に接触している際に、前記可変グリップの前記連結孔を通して、前記モジュールケースの前記連結溝の中に連結部材を挿入することにより行われてなる、請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記可変グリップが、前記可変グリップが前記可変グリップの片側で凹んでいる板形状構造で構築されてなる、請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールが、前記バッテリーモジュールの後部に、外部の入力及び出力コネクタ及び通信コネクタを備えてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の複数のバッテリーモジュールを包含する、高出力及び大容量の中型または大型バッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックが、前記バッテリーモジュールがパックケース中に取り付けられてなる構造で構築されてなり、
前記バッテリーモジュールが高さ方向及び横方向で積み重ねられた際に、前記バッテリーモジュールが、前部及び後部が開放されてなる、請求項14に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーパックが、電気自動車またはハイブリッド電気自動車用の充電及び放電電源装置として使用される、請求項13に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックが、電気自動車用の充電及び放電電源装置として使用される、請求項16に記載のバッテリーパック。
