Claims (10)
- 複数のバッテリーモジュールを備えてなる、バッテリーパックであって、
前記バッテリーパックが、前記バッテリーモジュールがパックケース中に取り付けられてなる構造で構築されてなり、
前記バッテリーモジュールが、高さ方向及び横方向で積み重ねられた際に、前記バッテリーパックが、前記バッテリーモジュールの前部及び後部に対応する前記バッテリーパックの前部及び後部がそれぞれ開放されてなり、
前記バッテリーパックが、前記バッテリーパックの上部及び底部に通し孔をそれぞれ備えてなり、各通し孔を通して冷却剤が流れてなり、
前記バッテリーモジュールが、
セルスタックが六面体モジュールケース中に取り付けられてなる構造で構築されてなり、
前記セルスタックが、充電及び放電可能な複数の二次バッテリーセル(「バッテリーセル」)、或いは、それぞれ複数のバッテリーセルを包含し、積み重ねられた、複数の単位モジュールを包含するものであり、
前記モジュールケースが、前記モジュールケースの上部及び底部に移動結合構造を備えてなり、
前記移動結合構造が、前記モジュールケースの上部に、前記モジュールケースの長さ方向で形成された移動溝と、及び、前記モジュールケースの底部に、前記モジュールケースの長さ方向で形成された前記移動溝に対応する移動突起を包含してなり、
各バッテリーセルが、樹脂層および金属層を包含するラミネートシート中に取り付けた電極アセンブリーを含んでなる、板形状バッテリーセルであり、
前記モジュールケースが、前記モジュールケースの上部及び底部に、冷却剤流路を定める複数の通し孔を備えてなり、
グリップが、前記バッテリーモジュールの前部に取り付けられてなり、
前記グリップが、前記グリップの一端が前記モジュールケースの前部に蝶番状に取り付けられてなる構造に構築されて、前記グリップが、モジュールケースの前面から前記グリップの軸回転により分離されてなるものである、バッテリーパック。 - 前記モジュールケースが、金属材料から製造されてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記移動溝が、前記モジュールケース上部の右側及び左側に形成され、かつ、
前記移動突起が、前記モジュールケース底部の右側及び左側に形成されてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールが、垂直方向における高さが幅よりも大きい、長方形の平行六面体構造に構築されてなり、かつ、
前記板形状バッテリーセルまたは単位モジュールが前記バッテリーモジュール間の積重表面に対して垂直に直立した際に、前記板形状バッテリーセルまたは単位モジュールが、前記バッテリーモジュール中で積み重ねられてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記グリップが、前記グリップが蝶番状に前記モジュールケースに接続されている、前記グリップの末端と反対側の末端に、連結溝または連結突起を備えてなり、
前記モジュールケースが、前記モジュールケースの前面に、前記グリップの連結溝または連結突起に対応する連結突起または連結溝を備えてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記グリップが、前記グリップが蝶番状に前記モジュールケースに接続されている、前記グリップの末端と反対側の末端に、連結孔を備えてなり、
前記モジュールケースが、前記モジュールケースの前面に、前記グリップの前記連結孔に対応する連結溝を備えてなり、
前記グリップと前記モジュールケースとの間の連結が、前記グリップが前記モジュールケースの前面と緊密に接触している際に、前記グリップの前記連結孔を通して、前記モジュールケースの前記連結溝の中に連結部材を挿入することにより行われてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記グリップが、前記グリップが前記グリップの片側で凹んでいる板形状構造で構築されてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールが、前記バッテリーモジュールの後部に、外部の入力及び出力コネクタ及び通信コネクタを備えてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックが、電気自動車またはハイブリッド電気自動車用の充電及び放電電源装置として使用される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックが、電気自動車用の充電及び放電電源装置として使用される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
