도 2는 본 발명의 하나의 실시예에 따른 전압 센싱부재가 장착되어 있는 전지셀들의 부분 사시도이다;

Claims (19)
- 전극단자가 일측 또는 양측에 각각 형성되어 있는 둘 또는 그 이상의 전지셀들이 전기적으로 연결된 상태로 적층되어 있는 구조의 전지모듈로서,
상기 전지셀의 전극단자는 판상형의 도전성 부재로 이루어져 있고;
전지셀들이 전기적으로 연결된 부위에서, 전지셀들의 전극단자들은 상호 밀착된 상태에서 접혀있는 형태의 절곡형 접속부를 형성하고 있으며;
상기 절곡형 접속부를 감싸는 형태로 전압 센싱부재가 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀은 판상형 전지셀인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 판상형 전지셀은 수지층과 금속층을 포함하는 라미네이트 시트의 전지케이스에 전극조립체가 내장되어 있고, 일측 단부 또는 양측 단부에 알루미늄으로 이루어진 양극리드와 구리로 이루어진 음극리드가 각각 돌출되어 있는 구조의 이차전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 이차전지는 리튬 이차전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀들의 전기적 연결 부위는 직렬 연결 부위인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절곡형 접속부에서 전극단자들은 용접되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절곡형 접속부에서 내측 전극단자보다 상대적으로 연성이 큰 소재의 전극단자가 외측 전극단자를 형성하는 구조로 절곡되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 외측 전극단자는 구리로 이루어져 있고, 내측 전극단자는 알루미늄으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀들은 전지셀의 절곡형 접속부들이 지면에 대해 각각 직각을 이루는 형태로 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 전압 센싱부재는, 절곡형 접속부의 양 측면의 적어도 일부와 상단면을 감싸는 구조의 본체부; 상기 절곡형 접속부의 측면과 본체부 사이에 위치하는 탄성 접속부; 및 상기 본체부의 상부로부터 연장되어 있는 선형 접속부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 접속부는 절곡형 접속부의 측면과 본체부에 각각 둘 이상의 접촉점을 형성하도록 반복적으로 굴곡되어 있는 구조의 판 스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 절곡형 접속부의 양측면에 각각 접속되도록 2 개의 탄성 접속부들이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 전압 센싱부재는 상기 본체부의 외면에 장착되는 절연성 캡을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 절연성 캡은 접속 와이어가 절연성 캡의 상측에 위치하는 구조로 절곡형 접속부에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 절연성 캡은 본체부의 외면 형상에 대응하는 구조로 이루어져 있고, 절곡형 접속부에 본체부가 장착된 상태에서 상기 본체부의 외면에 추가로 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 선형 접속부는 와이어 접속부인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀들이 둘 또는 그 이상의 조합으로 셀 커버에 의해 감싸인 단위모듈을 형성하고 있고, 상기 단위모듈 둘 또는 그 이상이 적층되어 전지모듈을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 따른 전지모듈을 포함하는 것으로 구성된 전지팩.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 전지팩은 전기자동차, 하이브리드 전기자동차, 플러그-인 하이브리드 전기자동차, 전기오토바이 또는 전기자전거의 동력원인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
