Abstract
電気的に接続された少なくとも2つのバッテリーセル又はユニットモジュールが積層されてなるバッテリーセル積層構造を持つバッテリーモジュールと;該バッテリーセルか該ユニットモジュールの電極端子接続部で電圧を測定する電圧測定部材と;該電圧測定部材をバッテリーマネージメントシステム(BMS)に接続する電圧測定回路と;前記バッテリーセルか前記ユニットモジュールの温度を測定する温度測定部材と;該温度測定部材を前記BMSに接続すると共に前記電圧測定回路から離間された温度測定回路と;前記電圧測定部材に電気的に接続され、前記バッテリーモジュールの動作を制御するBMSと;を備えるバッテリーパックがここに開示されている。

(a) 直列及び/又は並列に接続された複数のバッテリーセル又はユニットモジュールを有し、横方向に立てられた各バッテリーセル又はユニットモジュールが積層されてなり、バッテリーセルの電極端子を外部入出力端子に接続するためのバスバーをその正面に備えるバッテリーセル積層体と、
(b) 前記バッテリーセル積層体の正面及び背面に配置された前記バッテリーセルの電極端子接続部に電気的に接続され、前記バッテリーセル又は前記ユニットモジュールの電圧を測定するための接続端子を端部に備える電圧測定部材と、
(c) バッテリーセル積層体の上面と、該バッテリーセル積層体の正面及び背面の部分とを覆い、電圧測定部材をそこに挿入し取り付けるための取付部を備えた上ケースと、
(d) バッテリーセル積層体の底面、及び該バッテリーセル積層体の正面と背面の部分を覆うと同時に前記上ケースに結合され、その正面に外部入出力端子を備える下ケースと、
を備えるようにしても良い。

Claims (22)
- 電気的に接続された少なくとも2つのバッテリーセル又はユニットモジュールが積層されてなるバッテリーセル積層構造を持つバッテリーモジュールと;
前記バッテリーセルか前記ユニットモジュールの電極端子接続部で電圧を測定する電圧測定部材と;
前記電圧測定部材をバッテリーマネージメントシステム(BMS)に接続する電圧測定回路と;
前記バッテリーセルか前記ユニットモジュールの温度を測定する温度測定部材と;
前記温度測定部材を前記BMSに接続すると共に前記電圧測定回路から離間された温度測定回路と;
前記電圧測定部材に電気的に接続され、前記バッテリーモジュールの動作を制御する前記BMSと;、
を備えるバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーセルは、該バッテリーセルの上端と下端とにそれぞれ形成された電極端子を有する板状のバッテリーセルである、
請求項1のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーセルは、少なくとも2つのバッテリーセルの電極端子が直列に接続されると共に、前記電極端子の間の接続部が湾曲され、積層構造に構成されている、
請求項1のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーセルは、金属層と樹脂層とからなる積層板で形成されたケースの中にバッテリーセルが取り付けられた後に該ケースの周囲をシールして構成されている、
請求項2のバッテリーパック。 - 前記ユニットモジュールは、前記バッテリーセルの電極端子を除くバッテリーセルの外側全体を覆うように互いに結合される一対のモジュールカバーを有する、
請求項1のバッテリーパック。 - 前記温度測定回路は、前記電圧測定回路の線よりも低い電圧の線を有する、

(a) 直列に接続された複数のバッテリーセル又はユニットモジュールが横方向に立てられた状態で積層されてなり、バッテリーセルの電極端子を外部入出力端子に接続するためのバスバーをその正面に備えるバッテリーセル積層体と、
(b) 前記バッテリーセル積層体の正面及び背面にそれぞれ配置された前記バッテリーセルの電極端子接続部に電気的に接続され、バッテリーセル又はユニットモジュールの電圧を測定するための接続端子を端部に備える電圧測定部材と、
(c) バッテリーモジュールの温度を測定するために、前記バッテリーセルの間、又は前記ユニットモジュールの間に取り付けられた温度測定部材と、
(d) 前記バッテリーセル積層体の上面と、該バッテリーセル積層体の正面及び背面の部分とを覆い、前記電圧測定部材をそこに挿入し取り付けるための取付部を備えた上ケースと、
(e) 前記バッテリーセル積層体の底面、及び該バッテリーセル積層体の正面と背面の部分を覆うと同時に前記上ケースに結合され、その正面に外部入出力端子を備える下ケースと、
を備える、請求項1のバッテリーパック。 - 前記電圧測定部材が、バッテリーセル積層体の正面に配置された電極端子接続部に接続される正面側測定部材と、バッテリーセル積層体の背面に配置された電極端子接続部に接続される背面側測定部材と、からなる、
請求項9のバッテリーパック。 - 前記電圧測定部材は、中空構造を持つコネクターの形状で形成された本体と、該本体に差し込まれた状態で前記電極端子接続部に接続される接続端子と、を有する、
