プログラマブル素子及び相互接続導体を有するプログラマブル相互接続構造とを備え、
前記プログラマブルロジックブロックの入力及び出力、前記不揮発性メモリブロック、前記アナログ回路ブロック、前記アナログ入出力回路ブロック、及び前記デジタル入出力回路ブロックがプログラム可能に相互接続され得るように、前記プログラマブル素子の内の1つが、前記プログラマブルロジックブロック、前記不揮発性メモリブロック、前記アナログ回路ブロック、前記アナログ入出力回路ブロック、前記デジタル入出力回路ブロック、及び前記相互接続導体に接続される
ことを特徴とするプログラマブルシステムオンチップ集積回路デバイス。 - スタティックランダムアクセスメモリブロックを更に備え、
前記プログラマブル相互接続構造が、前記スタティックランダムアクセスメモリブロックに接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプログラマブルシステムオンチップ集積回路デバイス。 - 前記スタティックランダムアクセスメモリブロックが、少なくとも2つのサブブロックに設定される
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のプログラマブルシステムオンチップ集積回路デバイス。 - マイクロコントローラブロックと、
スタティックランダムアクセスメモリブロックとを更に備え、
前記プログラマブル相互接続構造が、前記マイクロコントローラブロックと、前記スタティックランダムアクセスメモリブロックとに接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプログラマブルシステムオンチップ集積回路デバイス。 - 前記スタティックランダムアクセスメモリブロックが、少なくとも2つのサブブロックに設定される
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のプログラマブルシステムオンチップ集積回路デバイス。 - マイクロプロセッサブロックと、
スタティックランダムアクセスメモリブロックとを更に備え、
前記プログラマブル相互接続構造が、前記マイクロプロセッサブロックと、前記スタティックランダムアクセスメモリブロックとに接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプログラマブルシステムオンチップ集積回路デバイス。 - 前記スタティックランダムアクセスメモリブロックが、少なくとも2つのサブブロックに設定される

ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のプログラマブルシステムオンチップ集積回路デバイス。 - 前記少なくとも1つの温度感知回路が、プログラマブル電圧プリスケーラ回路を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のプログラマブルシステムオンチップ集積回路デバイス。 - 前記I/Oパッドに接続されたデジタル入力回路を更に備える

前記第2のI/Oパッド及び第3のI/Oパッドに接続された少なくとも1つの電流感知回路と、
第4のI/Oパッドに接続された少なくとも1つの温度感知回路とを更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のプログラマブルシステムオンチップ集積回路デバイス。 - 前記第2のI/Oパッド、前記第3のI/Oパッド、及び前記第4のI/Oパッドの内の1つに接続されたデジタル入力回路を更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項20に記載のプログラマブルシステムオンチップ集積回路デバイス。 - 前記不揮発性メモリブロックが、
ユーザ設定の回路に対してプログラム可能に接続され得る第1のセグメントと、
ユーザ設定の回路に対してプログラム可能に接続され得ない第2のセグメントとを備える

前記プログラマブルロジックブロックの入力及び出力、前記不揮発性メモリブロック、前記アナログ回路ブロック、前記アナログ入出力回路ブロック、及び前記デジタル入出力回路ブロックがプログラム可能に相互接続され得るように、前記プログラマブル素子の内の1つが、前記プログラマブルロジックブロック、前記不揮発性メモリブロック、前記アナログ回路ブロック、前記アナログ入出力回路ブロック、前記デジタル入出力回路ブロック、及び前記相互接続導体に接続される
