Abstract
【解決手段】乗員重量測定装置1は、車両のフロアに固定された左右一対の固定ロアレール3と、固定ロアレール3上を前後に移動可能に設けられた左右一対の可動アッパーレール4と、左の可動アッパーレール4の上面に固定された荷重センサ50,60と、右の可動アッパーレール4に対して左右方向に移動可能となってその可動アッパーレール4上に搭載された荷重センサ70,80と、荷重センサ50,60,70,80に搭載されたサブフレーム110と、サブフレーム110に溶接されたサイドフレーム141,142と、サイドフレーム141,142の前部を覆うようにサイドフレーム141,142に着脱可能に設けられたパンフレーム143と、を備える。サイドフレーム141には、えぐり部151が形成されている。

Description
そこで、本発明は、荷重センサのメンテナンスを簡単に行えるようにすることを目的とする。
上記実施形態では、右側の荷重センサ70,80が可動アッパーレール4に対して左右方向にスライド移動可能に設けられているが、更にパッチメンバー112に対して左右方向にスライド移動可能に設けられていても良い。また、荷重センサ70,80が、可動アッパーレール4に対しては固定されパッチメンバー112に対しては左右方向にスライド移動可能に設けられていても良い。ここで、荷重センサ70,80をパッチメンバー112に対して左右方向にスライド移動可能に設けるためには、取付孔123,124を左右方向に長尺な長穴として形成し、荷重入力ロッド73,83をリング状のスライド材に挿入し、ワッシャ135,137とウェブ118との間にスライド材を挟む。また、荷重センサ70,80を可動アッパーレール4に対して固定するためには、荷重センサ70,80を左の荷重センサ50,60と同様に可動アッパーレール4に固定する。
上記実施形態では、乗員重量測定装置1が右側の車両用シートに設けるものであるが、左側の車両用シートに設けても良い。左側の車両用シートの乗員重量測定装置は、上記実施形態で説明した乗員重量測定装置1に対して左右対称に構成されている。即ち、左側の車両用シートの乗員重量測定装置では、左右方向にスライド移動可能な荷重センサ70,80が左側になり、固定された荷重センサ50,60が右側になる。
上記実施形態では、荷重センサ70,80のフランジ71,81が水平となって前後方向に延出しているが、水平となって左右方向に延出しても良い。フランジ71,81が左右方向に延出した場合でも、フランジ71,81に形成される長穴75,85及び切欠き76,86の長手方向は左右方向である。なお、上記実施形態のように、フランジ71,81が前後方向に延出した方が、左右方向に延出した場合よりも、可動アッパーレール4の左右方向の幅が狭くすることができる。

Claims (4)
- 車両側に固定される固定レールの上を前後に移動可能に設けられた可動レールと、
前記可動レールの上面に搭載された荷重センサと、
前記荷重センサ上に搭載されたクッションフレームと、
前記荷重センサの上方において前記クッションフレームを上から覆うよう前記クッションフレームに着脱可能に設けられたパンフレームと、を備えることを特徴とする車両用シートの乗員重量測定装置。 - 前記パンフレームがネジによって前記クッションフレームに締め付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用シートの乗員重量測定装置。
- 前記クッションフレームには、上から見て前記荷重センサを避けるよう側方に窪んだえぐり部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両用シートの乗員重量測定装置。
- 車両側に固定される固定レールの上を前後に移動可能に設けられた可動レールと、
前記可動レールの上面に搭載された荷重センサと、
前記荷重センサ上に搭載されたクッションフレームと、を備え、
前記クッションフレームには、上から見て前記荷重センサを避けるよう側方に窪んだえぐり部が形成されていることを特徴とする車両用シートの乗員重量測定装置。
